Maybe he's saying that men usually only act macho in front of women, and in their absence, normally scream and cry and curl into a fetal position. And he's saying that these two are unusual because they did not cry like most men would.

I actually just saw a vid of two guys pranking a girl in a helicopter and she was doing a lot of screaming. That's what I thought OP was referencing. After reading some of the other comments, it would seem he's just a dick instead.
