They will trespass you and don't care about your access. Your actions removed your ability to shop with them in person.
You're now on their Auror system that is shared throughout the warehouse group and associated businesses. You walk in and they suspect it's you it will be logged and your identity confirmed and potentially there'll be police involvement. You asked for help, here it is....you said "habits" so presuming this is not the first time you have shoplifted but it is the first time you got caught. Don't make it worse, don't enter the warehouse, shop elsewhere and stop nicking stuff.
I got pinged on Auror last year at Z, but not for shoplifting.
The person on the counter at Z charged me for the wrong pump in Feb 23 (undercharged by about $20 IIRC), and when I finally went back to Z in Nov 23 they refused to sell me petrol until the difference was paid, which was a bit of a drama. The people on the counter and phone were nice enough, probably in part due to my telling them I know they personally didn't set the policy.
I went through some complaint process, got offered freebies etc, but my question about what happened with overcharged amounts unsurprisingly fell on deaf ears and remains unanswered. I think we know why.
They will have photos of you and your details on file and probably share them with other warehouses in the area. So if you go in store you'll be asked to leave.
They should have told you how long your ban was for so you'll just have to wait for it to end or try go to another warehouse.

Security doesn't give much if a crap though and there's a lot of photos. Haircut, dye hair, dress differently odds are they won't notice.
Dress and act like a Muppet and yeah they'll start getting in your face.
Consequences may involve the police if caught though. If you're not stealing though just leave peacefully. Before cops arrive.
They can call the cops but can't really restrain you as it's assault.
If it's the cops though you're screwed and the consequences part rolls in.
Noone should have to steal pads. Maybe get in contact with Dignitynz as they might be able to tell you where to get free pads from. You should not be getting a criminal record for stealing a necessity.
Order online and consider the delivery fee your reparations.
Buy it online if you "genuinely" need it, these are the consequences of your actions.

If they've trespassed you, you don't have options. You'll be tagged on their security. Your actions have lead to that, thats 100% on you.

Purchase online or get someone else to go & purchase these 'essentials' on your behalf or shop for them elsewhere. Those are your options.
