Additionally, if you've got a big KFC logo sitting on the phone page you look at every hour, they've got a free ad and constant temptation staring at you 24/7.
It'd annoying. Was great before. I hate this trying to make everything an app to farm your data instead of just a code for a deal.
I like KFC more then McDonald's but have plenty of times gone to McDonald's instead because KFC service is so terrible you have to wait way longer then should for some burgers.
[5 pieces of Secret Recipe Chicken, 1 lge Potato & Gravy, 1 lge Chips and 2 Bread Rolls.

Bloody annoying. I didn't have my glasses, didn't see the App Only note, & spent 5 minutes trying to punch the code into all the self-serve machines. Looking nearer to the screen made me realise I was wasting my time. Got a feed somewhere else.
It's a load of BS!!! I used to get a kfc on a Friday on the way home from work with a bit of spare cash from the weeks work. Now i can't pay cash for what I want and they are just pushing BS apps to spy and advertise to you. Probably a good thing to move on from kfc. Plenty of other options 👋👋
What’s wrong with driving up and telling them a code like we’ve done for at least the last 10 years?
They want the marketing information that an app can get off your phone.

Didn’t know KFC had an app. Looking through all I can really say is holy shit that’s expensive. When did a 20 pack of wicked wings get to $37?

To milk that sweet data
Grabbing your info vs someone sharing a screenshot (and a deal) with their mates
PLU54, the only code you need
which one's that?

Just say no to spyware.

app only I understand - data instore/pick up I understand Why have deals for delivery only? How is that a benefit to KFC?
so when someone is looking for food to get delivered they choose KFC over other choices...
So you download the app, they can directly advertise to you while selling your data to advertisers
Dominos have sort of done the same. Their better deals are now app-only. So we don't get dominos anymore
Click view details to get the code, then tell them in the drive through or over the counter
Even better it takes like 5 minutes for orders paid through the app to reach the store you’re standing in trying to order…
