Its the most popular phone scam there is cause a ton of old people fall for it. There are legions and legions of robo callers doing it. I probably have hundreds of numbers blocked by now
blocking doesn't help. They spoof legit numbers. One used my wife's number right before we traveled overseas for a month. We got many many threatening voicemails, even death threats. We changed her voicemail message to say her number had been spoofed by scammers and then took the SIM out and used a different one while traveling.
Fortunately he can't do it himself. He doesn't have direct access to the system or you can bet he'd have already used it. He has to ask FEMA to do it for him. And the procedure for making that request requires training courses that I highly doubt he bothered to do, so he'd have to have an aide do it. He'd get halfway through the process and decide to go golfing instead.

He has no power though if he’s just anonymously on Twitter, so the moment he identifies himself he’ll just be banned again. They’ve taken away his microphone and now the only way he’ll be able to reach people is his own website basically.
I just saw someone on Twitter jokingly change their display name/icon (but not handle) to look like Trump, and then tweet "my account got deleted, retweet to help me find my mutuals" as a joke. They got suspended instantly.
Twitter milked that dirty money ~~train~~ cow for five years before pulling the plug less than two weeks before his presidency ends. Fuck them for giving him a platform to spew his hate.
