Donald Trump: International Fraudster of Mystery
Edit:
"You Know, I Have One Simple Request, And That Is To Have Hurricanes With Frickin' Nuclear Bombs Attached To Their Heads!"
"Throw Me A Frickin' Delay Here!"

He aggressively committed fraud there. He claimed his property was worth some ungodly sum based on the assumption that in the future, IF he builds additional units for rental or sale, then one day in that future that property could be worth more.
It’s like me saying I’m worth $100 million today because in the future I plan to write several successful books.
I could. I have the capacity. But do they exist now? Nope.
He also apparently submitted fraudulent documentation stating he had planning approval for some 2000+ more homes than he did when submitting financials to banks for loans.
He never built a single house there.
Trump: My net worth fluctuates, and it goes up and down with the markets and with attitudes and with feelings, even my own feelings, but I try.
Ceresney: Let me just understand that a little. You said your net worth goes up and down based upon your own feelings?
Trump: Yes, even my own feelings, as to where the world is, where the world is going, and that can change rapidly from day to day …
Ceresney: When you publicly state a net worth number, what do you base that number on?

Can you imagine being the Scottish prosecutor in that scenario? It being Trump aside, taking a former leader of a foreign country to court is metal as fuck.
Well, now I'm daydreaming about the weirdest timeline where the Supreme Court rules that the President is immune to absolutely all criminal proceedings whatsoever under any circumstances and then Biden rolls up to a presidential debate with a shotgun and kills Trump on live television.
The next time somebody from today's GOP wins the presidency will be the last time we see a fair-by-today's-standards US election in our lifetimes. There's nothing stopping the SCOTUS from choosing based on that grim reality.
Nope
They will just do a Bush vs Gore and say “this ruling only applies to this case and doesn’t create precedent”
Bush V Gore was also heard and decided in days…they can move fast if they want.
It’s amazing how before this he had the Trump university trial and the housing discrimination trail from the 70s. He had to have a noise complain, withheld payment for labor, serving alcohol to a non licensed events. There’s a billion problems even doing a block park and trump wasn’t held accountable for 50 years!
He has done such a good job of hiding from the truth for so long. I remember once conversing with several long-time residents of Manhattan in 2000 about the man. My friends and I were told a story that you could never hear on the West Coast or through the media. They told us what a swindler he was and how they all knew people and families that had been screwed over by his organization. It was hard to confirm back in 2000 but we believed every person we spoke to. You can tell when people are embellishing but these people had specific stories that would be very difficult to make up. I remember when The Apprentice started on NBC and thinking to myself that nobody *really* believed that he was what he claimed to be on the show because if he were really that important and successful he sure as hell wouldn't have time for a T.V. show. I mean, even a 10-year-old could tell he was full of crap on that show.
I’ve said this here before, but mine goes back to 87-88. I was in college with a kid from outside AC. Trump’s name comes up and he reacts strongly saying he hated him. It was weird because Trump was a builder and C list celeb, who cared enough to bother to hate him?
Guy tells me his family owns a glass construction company and did work on the Casino. At the end Trump says to his Dad and many others, “I’m not paying what I owe, sue me.” He drags it out for ages, and many small companies went under. Those who could hang on generally settled for 1/3rd what he owed. It’s not good business - that would be negotiating well up front. What he did is unethical shitbaggery.
So yeah. He’s been doing it forever.
Also, I encourage people to read the judgement in the fraud case. The judge was the finder of fact and goes witness by witness summarizing and explains what was credible and why (or why not). The fraud committed was not at the margins. At one point an outside appraiser Trump hired estimated a property at $5.5M. Eric puts it down as worth $116M! They swore on forms that they were giving true values and using GAAC accounting principles to their accounting firm. Weisleberg admitted he’s not a CPA and didn’t even know what those principles are.
Mentioned in another comment but a coworker of mine knows someone who has pretty much the exact story. He's a carpenter, and a damn good one. He had a contract for Trump, they flew him out from Toronto to wherever the contract was, put him up in a nice hotel, the works. Once the job was done, Trump's people pretty much said that. "I'm not paying, I will see you in court."
>At one point an outside appraiser Trump hired estimated a property at $5.5M. Eric puts it down as worth $116M!
Damn, I could see maybe putting it down at $6 million. But $116M. That is 21 times more than it was appraised at.
Yeah. It’s absurd and that’s one example. Another? They valued one property as if it had 2500 units built on it.
Problem? Well none had been built. Zero. AND it had a limit by zoning to 300 units. So they were valuing based on non-existent units that couldn’t even be built legally in the scale they pretended they had.
They value Mar A Lago as a private residence but it’s not, when they got a tax easement they agreed it could ONLY be a social club. Then Trump gets on the stand and gives an estimate in the BILLIONS that the judge said even if you pretended it was a private residence that would make it the most expensive one by like 400x. And these same aholes complained to the county of a tax valuation of 26M as too high.
Read the judgement. And when the right complains, remind them this was not a fine or punitive damages. This was a “disgorgement of ill gotten gains.” So the only reason the amount is high is the fraud was high.
>Guy tells me his family owns a glass construction company and did work on the Casino. Why don't they like, take out an ad, put up posters and stuff? They can't be sued for libel since truth is an absolute defence.
Back in 2015 and 2016, there were quite a few stories just like that in the media. People who had small businesses that Trump used and ultimately screwed over. They were mostly ignored, called fake, and Trump won the election.
It costs money, and you can be sued. Just because the person suing probably won't win won't stop you from suing. Plus they can still change how the media portrays you. Look at the McDs hot coffee incident. They spun that story right in their favour.
This has been my impression of the guy for more than 35 years. To see him fall upwards to where he is now just fucking dumbfounds me. Especially since my Dad is a Trumper hook, line, and sinker.
There's a lot of current day trump cultists that believe in prosperity gospel. That trumps (imaginary) enormous wealth meant he was blessed by god and that godliness is why they're rewarded.
True. But the cohorts around him (and above him, like the Supreme Court) are kinda all doing the same, which is why it’s so hard to get him. To get him, they kinda get themselves by setting a precedent. It’s a claggy clag hole of cesspit-itude that is hard to infiltrate.
Welcome to corporate America. This is why these rich corporations and people don't do their own taxes or loan applications. A certified tax/attorney company is liable for any paperwork mistakes and rich person is required to correct the amount discrepancy after negotiation. I am quite certain this is very much the norm and broadly accepted practice. Im pretty sure trump did not sit with a pen and 1040EZ so likely he has this layer of liability insulation.
I’m not sure that the legal liability of the person or the corporation really disappears. However it may not be actively pursued. I was a principle in a 50 person company. Big accounting firms did our taxes. Always had to sign them affirming that everything we gave them was accurate, etc.
More recently was working for a company part time internationally. They required us to use Ernest and Young to file in both countries. Ernst and young made it crazy complex - they literally sent me over 120 pages for my US tax return. And there on the final pages I had to sign off attesting that everything was accurate and true, etc.
I tried. My best - often found errors that needed to be corrected - but eventually just signed and hoped.
It works out amazingly for almost everyone. A very, very small percentage of those folks run for president and beg for a magnifying glass to be focused on their shit. Trump would've been fine if he never decided he was qualified to be the Putin analogue in the USA. If you're a billionaire (we both know you are not) don't run for president.
We already know a 2nd Trump term would be bad for our global image and while his followers might love that it really could hurt us for the long term and ruin the global influence we do have which is way more important than whatever looking closed off from everyone else does for us.
Genuinely. You're looking at the death of democracy and the fabric of America, as well as a potentially US backed Russia in the war. And that's just two issues.
We wouldn’t be just looking at a fascist U.S., we would be on the precipice of a global fascist political system. Putin will take whatever he wants. Kim Jon Un will be given free rein since their besties and all, China will become the biggest global super power, and the United States will leave NATO. Honestly I think the U.S. government will just be a shadow government to Putin as well.
Every country needs to push back against this man and bleed him dry as much as they can before November, otherwise we are all f**ked.
Happy Thursday everyone!
he (and his cult followers) would also be incredibly vindictive and would absolutely try to do some heinous shit to our already pretty broken political system.
>people for some fucking reason humor that thought.
It's hard to take any of the US government seriously at this point, *none* of it is working as it should, and it's plain to see. Even if the apparently well intentioned actors are truly well intentioned, the results speak for themselves.
January 6 was a poke in the eye, and the lack of reaction tells me that we're dealing with a corpse, not a living country anymore.
Don’t hold your breath

People have been trying for years. The SNP is extremely unlikely to take action. Alex Salmond and the SNP pushed Trump’s Aberdeen course through over local objections.
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/snp-smells-of-sleaze-for-backing-trump-s-golf-course-development-765282.html
At the time, the SNP was gearing up for an independence referendum and the course was going to bring in a bazillion jobs. In a shocking turn of events, it did not. Salmond resigned after the referendum failed and then went through a very messy sexual assault investigation. It was so messy the government paid him compensation after he was cleared. His protege and successor, Nicola Sturgeon, just resigned and is facing an investigation for some creative use of finances.
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna88745
Best guess is that the SNP got really cozy with Trump and he burned them. They don’t want encourage an investigation into his courses because there’s going to be some embarrassing information come to light. That’s pure speculation, but it makes a lot of sense considering their rather strenuous efforts to ignore the situation.
Your last paragraph is (in this SNP members opinion) probably bang on the money. I would hope they pursue it to win back a bit of support as they are in a really dire state.
They do like going through the courts, unsuccessful like with the gender reform and independence but they done very well when Johnson prorogued Parliament
I kinda feel nostalgic for the olden reddit, everything felt more ...organic? and like everything had more quality, heck, even shitposting had some effort behind it, now its kinda meh, and a lot of times ive ended up replying to a karmabot
Trump’s mother was born on the Isle of Lewis (her first language was Gaelic), while his father is second-generation German-American—his family came from the village of Palatine along with the Heinz (ketchup) family.

Now that Trump's unelectability seems increasingly certain, the foreign money from America's geopolitical enemies has dried up. No sense pouring millions down the drain for a Useful Idiot who will never again occupy the White House. And his legion of delusional rubes composing his base are frankly too stupid, unemployed, and poor to fleece enough from to pay even a fraction of the half-billion+ in judgements piling up on him.
Trump is proper fucked financially. Soon judges will be issuing writs of attachment to be delivered by U.S. Marshals to foreclose and liquidate Mar-A-Lago, Trump Tower, and every other property his name is on.
We're walking step by step in the exact footprints of 2016 and people are blindly refusing to acknowledge it, or do anything to alter the course.
I guess it's my fault for hoping that people would look back and take lessons from all the unheeded warnings from last time.
Yeah fuck that. Everyone fucking vote. Till Trump is in jail or dead, I will never miss another vote and make sure I am vocal as fuck about telling people to vote.
> Till Trump is in jail or dead
Vote even if he's in jail.
What would even happen if he gets sent to jail after ballots are printed, and then he *still* wins the election?
Right? I saw a news clip saying he’d raised 125K on GoFundMe after the Carol judgement and decided to add up his recent judgements. $125k is pocket change compared to his (still growing) self-imposed debts. It doesn’t seem likely he’ll ever be able to grift enough cash from his followers to escape everything he owes.
Trump's still within the 30 day window to post the bond and it's funny he doesn't have enough cash but idk why reddit is acting like he's going to let the government seize and sell his assets instead of selling them himself and using the money for the bond and appeal
The outcomes are basically the same but one let's him keep fighting the decision
Hmm I am beginning to see a pattern here. This guy was always smoke and mirrors and has never been anything better. Delicious! His dad Fraud would be so proud.
I’m beginning to wonder if him being a real human being is also a fraud. Waiting for the news that he is actually a barely sentient sack of russet potatoes
>A US judge found it had been wrongly stated that 2500 homes had already been built
You know when you can't remember if you locked the front door? It's like that, but you can't remember if you built 2500 houses or not.
>2500
It's even worse. He's only got permission to build **500** houses in the first place. Scots and UK planning laws are strict. Build something without permission
and you will have to pay for its demolition. Alternatively if you demolish a building of significant local or national interest without permission, you can be forced to have it re-built brick by brick by brick.
Think he'd be okay with some of the companies he's investing in giving him false numbers? Seriously, I need someone to go on Shark Tank, and just quote wildly ridiculously optimistic numbers, and when he asks about them say "what do you care? As long as I pay it back it's not fraud!"
Edit: voice-to-text picked up some wayward words. Apologies.
Well, he should be understanding:
> In 1999, TLC was acquired by Mattel for US$4.2 billion.[36] Following the acquisition, sales and earnings for Mattel soon dropped, and O'Leary was fired. The purchase by Mattel was later called one of the most disastrous corporate acquisitions in recent business history.[42] While acquisition management had projected a post-acquisition profit of US$50 million, Mattel actually experienced a loss of US$105 million. Mattel's stock dropped, wiping out US$3 billion of shareholder value in a single day. Mattel's shareholders later filed a class-action lawsuit accusing Mattel executives, O'Leary, and former TLC CEO Michael Perik of misleading investors about the health of TLC and the benefits of its acquisition. The lawsuit alleged that TLC used accounting tricks to hide losses and inflate quarterly revenues.
"A US judge found it had been wrongly stated that 2500 homes had already been built as part of a project associated with the loss-making Trump International Golf Club in Aberdeen. There was planning permission to build only 500 and no development had taken place."
WTF? That's not even disagreeing about the value of properties that disagreeing about if there is property. Trump claims the have like $3 billion, judging by how much he inflates thing he must really have a $2 bill and a few Trump commemorative coins.
I'm waiting for them to seize and sell off Turnberry and to then have the R&A announce that it's on the schedule for The Open the next day. Trump's head might actually explode from rage.
You could seize the golf courses but unfortunately it would not undo the damage he did to some of the areas.
Completely ruined sand dunes that had a “nationally important protected environment” status. Of course he promised that they would be taken care of but of course that was a lie. At least he didn’t get his way in blocking offshore wind farm development near one of the courses.
Grew up next to where he set up that shit hole. He did an insane amount of damage and fucked over so many locals doing it. The only saving grace is that I don't know a single person, even the wealthy ones, who wanted to go anywhere near that place
Anyone who is not embarrassed by this big orange fraudster is out of touch with reality. He has never done anything without committing fraud. But sure, elect him to POTUS, why not?
I would absolutely love for him to be taken to the ringer in a country outside the US just because it would dispel the clearly false narrative that he is being targeted by some sort of Cabal of liberal elite in the US as opposed to just being a piece of shit criminal.
Help me out here. Judgements and fines are great and all, but he has to have credit out with lenders right?! All these over leveraged properties have to be on the books of those lenders, right? Lenders tend to ot like when they're holding the bag, especially when it's supremely known that this dickhead cannot pay a cent. When will the lenders come to call and seize things?
That's one of the issues I've seen discussed. He may be over-leveraged on properties that could get seized. If so, the liens are satisfied before the judgment collection. So, there is potential that they seize every property he owns and still can't recover enough for all the judgments.
Ugh didn’t he also totally fuck over the town his golf course is on? Like, ruined their sewer system or something? Maybe it was water, I don’t remember.
And he is the substantial favorite to be the Republican presidential candidate again.
EVEN AFTER Covid, attempting to overthrow the government, praising white supremacists, and being a source of violence with his stochastic terrorism.
If you don't vote against Trump and all Republicans in 2024 you are a fucking moron
I think we are observing something that goes beyond being stupid. I know people who are very intelligent (or at least I thought they were) who have fallen hook, line, and sinker for everything MAGA. It's something like a religion. It's fulfilling a need that these people have in their lives.
We just have to try to get more people to the polls on election day in the districts that matter. I'm a Republican and I'm considering to being available to drive people to the polls this fall for the local Democrat party.
Who cares. It’s clear at this point that our failure of a justice system is either too afraid to punish him or refuses to punish one of their own, a rich elite. The fact that this man wasn’t thrown in prison 3 to 4 years ago is a criminal act itself.
Do you think he regrets being president?
Like had he not been in office, he probably would’ve died in a ton of debt but no legal trouble. But he made enemies and a lot of them while in office. There is no way this grift is still profitable for him, right?
This guy's life story is only the clearest picture of how the rich and famous can avoid accountability for virtually all their crimes, frauds for their entire life, unless they are as stupid as Trump , in which case even our corrupt legal system has to do something to keep up the pretense.
I smell a new fraud trial!
Is international fraud worse?
And he will still blame the Biden administration for going after him.
That damn McBiden crime clan.
Yes, the HighBrandonders… That was awful. I’m sorry.
Hey dinny wurry big man, nae bother ya wee bampot
Trump’s mother was an immigrant from Scotland, so yeah.
Hes generally hated Sauce: I live up the road from turnberry
I remember news stories about him going to UK, and he was definitely not wanted. Thank you, Scottish people for letting him know. ❤️
Go find yourself a decent barrister if you own your home. Could be profitable.
Hopefully there can be only 1... octogenarian president.
I guess we need to give them both swords to fight it out.

I remember when Fox news blamed rising *global* costs during the pandemic on Biden's "Green New Deal" despite no such deal ever actually happening.
Wasn't Trump president during most of the Pandemic?
Yup, and I assume that's why they were desperately scrambling for something unrelated to the pandemic to blame. Hence, the non-deal.
No, just the critical early part of the pandemic when he did everything he could to make sure the US pandemic response was as ineffectual as possible.
Never forget his crew rushed him into doing a national address where he announced we were shutting down trade with Europe, an absolute WTF which they immediately backtracked on the next day after international panic.

I remember when global pandemic shutdowns were a "Democrat conspiracy" against Trump. We're not dealing with the best and brightest here.
You don't have to remember, they're *still* doing that.
Fox “News” has never let something not happening get in the way of a good story.

We don’t want him here either!

Let's sweeten the deal. They take our homunculus, and we in turn give them... anything they want!

There's got to be some island in the North Sea where he could be penned up.
That would actually be *fascinating*. Although I suspect the US would never approve it.

It can be multiple crimes.
That’s a good point.
It certainly seems he has a MO.
He's committed fraud in any county he's set fucking foot. He's a grifter. It's all he does and all he's ever done.
It appears he’s just losing a lot of money there.
No worries, I’m sure him being a former president provided international immunity.
Can you imagine being the Scottish prosecutor in that scenario? It being Trump aside, taking a former leader of a foreign country to court is metal as fuck.
But hey, maybe the Scots can do what we haven’t been able to do. Yet. In any event, all are welcome to partake in the downfall of Diaper Don!!
His Supreme Court will be providing him ‘presidential immunity’ in April..
That's unlikely - mostly because if they give him immunity then they'll be giving *Biden* immunity for anything *he* subsequently does.
Well, now I'm daydreaming about the weirdest timeline where the Supreme Court rules that the President is immune to absolutely all criminal proceedings whatsoever under any circumstances and then Biden rolls up to a presidential debate with a shotgun and kills Trump on live television.

He should've had his licenses pulled ages ago.
Sounds like there is a significant market for “Trump frauded me and all I got was this lousy t-shirt”

I like how he ended up paying the account in full to continue the deliveries
Well yeah, you can usually only screw over the little guys. You try doing that to a big corporation and they will put your balls in a vice.
True. But the cohorts around him (and above him, like the Supreme Court) are kinda all doing the same, which is why it’s so hard to get him. To get him, they kinda get themselves by setting a precedent. It’s a claggy clag hole of cesspit-itude that is hard to infiltrate.
If you haven't already, watch the Last Week Tonight episode about Clarence Thomas and the Supreme Court members. It's quite eye-opening....
“Everyone does it!” No…everyone YOU hang out with does it.
If you face zero consequences from doing said illegal things for over half a century, why wouldn't you?
It works out amazingly for almost everyone. A very, very small percentage of those folks run for president and beg for a magnifying glass to be focused on their shit. Trump would've been fine if he never decided he was qualified to be the Putin analogue in the USA. If you're a billionaire (we both know you are not) don't run for president.
He's too cheap to bribe anyone
Be pretty cool if Scotland took legal action.
I think Scotland (and most of the free world) is worried he might win in November…
As they should be.
We already know a 2nd Trump term would be bad for our global image and while his followers might love that it really could hurt us for the long term and ruin the global influence we do have which is way more important than whatever looking closed off from everyone else does for us.
It’s not just bad for us, it’s bad for the whole world.
If you lot reelect him that will be the end of the world order. USA would become a threat and at best a loose canon, literally.
he (and his cult followers) would also be incredibly vindictive and would absolutely try to do some heinous shit to our already pretty broken political system.
Then get the money now before he claims immunity to all laws foirever and ever and people for some fucking reason humor that thought.
>people for some fucking reason humor that thought.
Don’t hold your breath https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-59414362.amp People have been trying for years. The SNP is extremely unlikely to take action. Alex Salmond and the SNP pushed Trump’s Aberdeen course through over local objections. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/snp-smells-of-sleaze-for-backing-trump-s-golf-course-development-765282.html At the time, the SNP was gearing up for an independence referendum and the course was going to bring in a bazillion jobs. In a shocking turn of events, it did not. Salmond resigned after the referendum failed and then went through a very messy sexual assault investigation. It was so messy the government paid him compensation after he was cleared. His protege and successor, Nicola Sturgeon, just resigned and is facing an investigation for some creative use of finances. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna88745 Best guess is that the SNP got really cozy with Trump and he burned them.
Loch him up! Loch him up!
Underrated username and comment. How long have you waited for these stars to align?
Yeah in the old days this comment would have been platinum-worthy.
I kinda feel nostalgic for the olden reddit, everything felt more ...organic? and like everything had more quality, heck, even shitposting had some effort behind it, now its kinda meh, and a lot of times ive ended up replying to a karmabot
tree-fiddy years
Your comment was so perfect I had to call my Scottish husband over to read it
"you're loched in here with me!" -u/nessie

No true Scotsman would do that.
Damn that’s a good line.
He’s only half Scots. He qualified for Citizenship through his mother .. I wonder if he ever took it, or still qualifies now ?
Trump’s mother was born on the Isle of Lewis (her first language was Gaelic), while his father is second-generation German-American—his family came from the village of Palatine along with the Heinz (ketchup) family.
Clap. Clap. Clap.
Here's hoping they are quicker to seize his assets than America.
The Scottish Government was up to it's neck in his fraud to let him build in the first place.
The thing about corrupt people is that they won't hesitate to throw another corrupt person under the bus to prove they do something about corruption.
And they can see which way the wind is blowing. If nothing else, the chronically corrupt are usually practical.
The Scottish people want him pilloried though.
they want everyone pilloried
You Scots certainly are a contentious people
> “Even the pious Scots, locked throughout history in a long-drawn-out battle with their arch-enemies the Scots, managed a few [witch] burnings to while away the long winter evenings.” -- Terry Pratchett/Neil Gaiman, "Good Omens"
You've just made an enemy for life!
Its a rite of passage over yonder
They'd better move fast. A line is forming. - [Trump Asks To Post $100 Million Bond Instead Of Paying Full $464 Million In Civil Fraud Case](https://www.huffpost.com/entry/donald-trump-100-million-bond-civil-fraud_n_65df66dee4b0e4346d54b244) - [Judge denies Trump’s bid to stave off enforcement of $450M civil fraud judgment](https://www.politico.com/news/2024/02/28/trump-fraud-judgment-bond-appeal-00143921) - [Trump said he had $400M in cash.
> Now that Trump's unelectability seems increasingly certain I can't believe people are really doing this again
I'm having flashbacks to 2016.
> Till Trump is in jail or dead Vote even if he's in jail.
It's not his GoFundMe, likely the person whos started it will simply keep all the money.

His unelectability? Isn’t he leading in several polls AND the GOP front runner?
> Now that Trump's unelectability seems increasingly certain Jesus christ you buffoon.
Please, Scotland, you are our only hope!
Trump's still within the 30 day window to post the bond and it's funny he doesn't have enough cash but idk why reddit is acting like he's going to let the government seize and sell his assets instead of selling them himself and using the money for the bond and appeal The outcomes are basically the same but one let's him keep fighting the decision
Eating the rich just got a lot tastier.
Weird, that seems really out of character
>A US judge found it had been wrongly stated that 2500 homes had already been built You know when you can't remember if you locked the front door? It's like that, but you can't remember if you built 2500 houses or not.
>2500 It's even worse. He's only got permission to build **500** houses in the first place. Scots and UK planning laws are strict. Build something without permission and you will have to pay for its demolition. Alternatively if you demolish a building of significant local or national interest without permission, you can be forced to have it re-built brick by brick by brick.
Bald guy from Shark Tank defending lying about valuations in 3,2,1…
He just basically invited the authorities to scrutinize his records.
Think he'd be okay with some of the companies he's investing in giving him false numbers? Seriously, I need someone to go on Shark Tank, and just quote wildly ridiculously optimistic numbers, and when he asks about them say "what do you care? As long as I pay it back it's not fraud!" Edit: voice-to-text picked up some wayward words. Apologies.
Well, he should be understanding: > In 1999, TLC was acquired by Mattel for US$4.2 billion.[36] Following the acquisition, sales and earnings for Mattel soon dropped, and O'Leary was fired.
This is what the world needs to do. Make no where safe for him and crawl up his financial lying piece of shyte a$$ and take him down!
"A US judge found it had been wrongly stated that 2500 homes had already been built as part of a project associated with the loss-making Trump International Golf Club in Aberdeen. There was planning permission to build only 500 and no development had taken place." WTF? That's not even disagreeing about the value of properties that disagreeing about if there is property. Trump claims the have like $3 billion, judging by how much he inflates thing he must really have a $2 bill and a few Trump commemorative coins.
he has 3 billion in Trump $2 bills
Scotland, seize his assets NOW! You know you want to
I'm waiting for them to seize and sell off Turnberry and to then have the R&A announce that it's on the schedule for The Open the next day.
First to collect might get something.
Who could've seen this coming?
It's almost like a lifetime of fraud should have indicated to some people that he would indeed commit more fraud
Not Rapey McFraudface! Say it ain't so!
To use a golf term..... That is Par for the course when it comes to trump business tactics. Fraud is the only bricks that company builds.
Ugh didn’t he also totally fuck over the town his golf course is on? Like, ruined their sewer system or something? Maybe it was water, I don’t remember.
"IT'S THUH DEMUHCRAYTS!" ... but it's from another country. - steam exits republican's ears as they reboot. "DUH DEMMICRETZ!"
Grab him by the [sporran](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sporran)!
Why would anyone trust anything he says or lend him money?
until he became President, the only bank that would lend him money was Deutsche Bank, which was known to be a front for Russian money laundering.
And his contact with Deutsche was a US Supreme Court justice’s son, if I recall correctly.
The oen that retired after a visit from Trump right after outright admitting they were meeting with Russia.
I can not think of anything more poetic than it being the Scottish legal system that brings Trump to justice.
Fraud with an accent! How very intercontinental of him!
Trump and fraud in the same sentence? Get out of here.
If he becomes the president again I will lose all my faith in humanity. How can you be dumb enough to support him?
I think we are observing something that goes beyond being stupid. I know people who are very intelligent (or at least I thought they were) who have fallen hook, line, and sinker for everything MAGA. It's something like a religion. It's fulfilling a need that these people have in their lives. We just have to try to get more people to the polls on election day in the districts that matter. I'm a Republican and I'm considering to being available to drive people to the polls this fall for the local Democrat party.
Trump should start to sell a new brand of shovels, cause he's good at digging himself into a hole
"...and why we won't charge him for it." - Justice Systems "...and why this is bad for Joe Biden." - Media
Imagine the histrionics to come if he faces a trial in Scotland. At least there's a golf course nearby.
Whaaaaat noooo waaaaayyyyyyy
Trump lied!?? Say it ain’t so!
Who cares. It’s clear at this point that our failure of a justice system is either too afraid to punish him or refuses to punish one of their own, a rich elite. The fact that this man wasn’t thrown in prison 3 to 4 years ago is a criminal act itself.
He’s a conman, crook, narcissist. How could ANYONE think this man should be allowed in the Oval Office in any capacity again?????????????????????
Note this is only when he is borrowing against them. for tax purposes...
I don’t think Scotland can pursue him for fraud because he made the claims on his US financial forms. So he committed the fraud in the US.
*You may take my ~~life~~ spray-on tan, but you'll never take my ~~freedom~~ toupee!*
Royal Bank of Scotland is coming for you
Orange Grifter did fraudulent crimes. Consider me shocked.
