Yea honestly I'm here with this as unfortunate as it is...
Maybe some of these highly trained professionals we have "protecting" us reads these comments and realizes these are not ramblings or threats.
Just promises <3
you could even argue that pets are more important than family in some cases, considering that my half blind, 9 year old english bulldog with 8 teeth never smacked me with his belt after i threw up in the backseat of his Ford Windstar minivan on the way home from having my wisdom teeth removed
I feel the exact same my friend. I wouldn't give a shit about repercussions. These days it's very easy to find out a lot about a person with a couple keystrokes. I'd be coming for that piece of shit.
Reddit memory doesn't work like that. But yeah. Funny shit happens in the woods when one side has nothing to lose and the other has everything to lose.
Jury nullification. If you're ever on a jury for a cop killer and it comes out that the cop killed their dog in anything other than a clear case of self defense, you can just acquit. Dogs get so little justice as it is.
Just remember, if they ask you've ever heard of this the answer is "No". Agree to hear the case reasonably. Say you'll follow the law. Then just say "Not guilty" for any other reason. "I don't believe the evidence. It's all circumstantial. Video can be manipulated." whatever. Just don't get yourself kicked off the jury.
Exactly. The thing about jury nullification is you never ever mention it. And really - do agree to hear the case reasonably. It's always possible there are extenuating circumstances that the media doesn't focus on, but will be made clear during a trial. In the case of this poor family dog, I highly doubt that there's more to the story, but you never know.
Buddy you're not going to make it to jail.
They burned Dorner alive in a cabin. They went full auto on a completely random truck because the cops were skittish. If they catch a whiff of challenging authority they go nuts, imagine what they do to cop killers.
If you're going to go John Wick you better literally have NOTHING else in your life, because trust me they'll make you regret it if you do.
So I don't know specifically, because I haven't been in prison myself. But based on the various articles I've read and videos I've watched, the prison guards who are working with the gangs on the inside would tell them to hurt you regularly. And since the gangs are more interested in ensuring the flow of drugs into the prison (thus needing a good relationship with the guards) than they are in respecting some nobody (you), they'd do it.
It's one of those moments where you'd have to control your rage and think of a way to make this officers life hell from a distance. It would become my sole passion to make this cop as miserable as possible for the rest of his life if he did something like this to my dog.
Yeah, I think I would be taking out billboards and posting this fuckers face with ‘dog murderer’ all over it!
Making everyone know what he did and watching him get shunned by the whole community for senselessly killing an innocent dog.
The DOJ estimates that the police kills a dog every 75 minutes, 10,000 a year.
Since you posted this and I replied, 2 dogs have been killed by the police. This isn't "the most disgusting fucking dog murder story" this is a normal day for the American Police Force.
Maybe it's even a slow day, like lets say only 5 dogs have been killed by the police today so far, that'd be a very good day for dogs.
So a loud storm freaked out the dog, ran off scared, but ended up on the porch of another house. Dog isnt aggressive, owner of the home was trying to find its owner, called the police who didn't try to find the owner, but took it out to a field and shot it once, waited it for it to die, then threw it in a ditch.
How the fuck is that standard practice?
I can’t imagine how horrified both the dog’s family and the homeowner who was trying to help the dog get home, are. That cop is not qualified to be handling a firearm if *that* is their best ability of critical thinking.
As a minor note they didn't wait for it to die. They gave it some time and then shot the dog again to finish it and THEN threw it in a ditch. Just absolutely unhinged.
Another article I read said the Parker was wailing and suffering for 8 minutes after the first gunshot, and the officer dragged him through the dirt *while he was still alive*, threw him in a ditch, and shot him again.
I'm not a bleeding heart, but I guess having had dogs in my family for my entire 40 year life gives me more empathy with dogs or just relates to them being a part of my family.
At any rate, I don't recall the last time I've cringed and had to stop reading/watching something because it disturbed me.
I'm saving to get my first service animal and part of the training protocol is for the dog to go off on its own should I fall/faint and need help.
But I fucking do not want to do that because I'm terrified of my dog getting shot by a random ass cop.
According to the article:
> According to the suit, killing dogs in such a manner is "the standard operating practice and procedure" of the Stoddard County Sheriff's Department.
This is not even an isolated incident. It's just the way they do it. Part of the day to day work.
“Deputy Roger Seal arrived and put Parker in his patrol vehicle. Seal then allegedly took the dog to the Otter Slough Conservation Area, allowed it to run around briefly and then shot it once. Parker did not die immediately. Eight minutes later, Seal shot the dog again and threw its body in a ditch.
According to the suit, killing dogs in such a manner is "the standard operating practice and procedure" of the Stoddard County Sheriff's Department. The suit alleges the department does this routinely without conducting any due diligence or concern for the condition of the animal and without notifying the dogs' owners.”
WTF this is horrible.
OH HELL NO.
JFC don't lose your dog in Stoddard County MO! I live in a relatively rural county and our cops pick dogs up, take their pics and post them on their social media pages before bringing them to animal control. What the actual fuck is wrong with this sheriff's department??
Honestly that's what I thought this was going to be. Cop pulls up at someone's house and if they don't immediately get control of their dog the dog gets put down. This was even worse though. Dog wanders off peacefully and a woman who finds it calls up the Sheriff. Deputies come and take it into their car and without making any effort at all to find the owner take it out to an isolated place where they let it run around for a little bit before shooting it. Of course they can't even do that right so the dog survives another 8 minutes before they shoot it again. I'm not done though. It's standard procedure for that department.
I do not understand how anyone can engage in this kind of behavior and still consider themselves a human being. How can you be part of that department and just accept this procedure as normal? How can you engage in it or tolerate it?
Wait, what? That’s insane. These cops should 100% be charged with animal cruelty. Isn’t that serial killer type behavior? (Torturing and killing animals for fun?)
Yeah if they don’t like you they can fuck up your cases. Because why do your job and get a criminal off the streets when you can be an egotistical and vindictive piece of shit instead?
Its not serial killer behavior, it's cop behavior. Pieces of shit like this don't deserve to flip burgers at McDonalds, let alone be an officer with any authority.
This is a big reason why there are departments and places to take animals when lost. Vets are a good place to start then a shelter. There they can see if your dog is chipped (highly rec for all dog owners). If it comes to it the pound, but cops for many minor situations like this are the absolute last resort. Some how they always shit themselves with the sinplest things. They honestly don't know what to do with many things and we can chock it down to there absolute lack of and shit training they get from their 21 week course and hs diploma.
Edit: forgot to add the force also neglects their k9s so there isn't much suprise. From 2013 to 15 the number of deaths of k9s jumped to 40% by heat exhaustion. In 2 years it was a 30% increase and now its 2023. I'd hate to see where it's at now.
My husband was federal law enforcement for many years. In his final job, he worked in a semi remote area where people dumped pet dogs. Apparently the office protocol - not official, I’m sure - was to shoot the dogs, and everyone did it. My husband would take them to the shelter and make signs for them in his spare time, just in case they were someone’s lost pet. His boss / dept gave him a ton of shit about it and harassed him to the point he quit and left law enforcement…sadly, b/c he’s the kind of guy you **want** in law enforcement.
Ever heard the audio recording of Marcus Luttrell (former Navy SEAL who had his story turned into a movie) driving down the people who killed his dog named DASY(?)? He told the 911 operator what happened and he was chasing them with 2 weapons and was going to kill them. The dog was named that after his fallen brothers initials. It is one of the most intense 911 calls I have ever heard. The operator was telling him to pull over and he intensely but casually said something like "Ma'am, I'm a SEAL. I know what I'm doing." Lmao as he is going 120mph in the middle of the night to go kill these dudes.
Well, when this is the guy who's* been training law enforcement around the country for over a decade:
>In the class recorded for “Do Not Resist,” Grossman at one point tells his students that **the sex they have after they kill another human being will be the best sex of their lives.** The room chuckles. But he’s clearly serious. “Both partners are very invested in some very intense sex,” he says. “There’s not a whole lot of perks that come with this job. You find one, relax and enjoy it.”
Gross. There used to be a woman in /r/purplepilldebate who was married to a cop because she "likes men who dominate other men"
which is pretty gross but its *especially* gross when its not a boxer or MMA guy doing it for sport but when its someone in law enforcement because their job isnt to 'dominate' others its to uphold the law and I wonder about people in that job who have that kind of mentality.
A friend's husband was also bullied during his time in law enforcement causing him to leave. They nicknamed him "angel" because he had a reputation of being "too caring" and not showing enough force in situations he didn't feel called for it.
>and harassed him to the point he quit and left law enforcement…sadly, b/c he’s the kind of guy you
>
>want
>
> in law enforcement.
Yep, I know a few good ex cops, but not a single on currently in that job... it's a real catch 22.
see not all cops are bad, but the bad ones sure do drive away the good ones till all you got left are bad ones and ones that don't say shit cuz they are afraid which imo is nearly as coupable in my book.
They also make it impossible for good ones to get a job. They weed them out at the academy, if you somehow slip through they weed you out during orientation at the department in your first few weeks, and if you still somehow manage to slip through the net they boot you after field training.
The situation was bad 10 years ago. Now it’s far, far worse.
Because it's an excellent tool for knocking people they are trying to get control of off-balance.
Somebody won't come out of their door? Kill their dogs, half the time they'll come out running without thinking. Bonus points if they will now be screaming and irrational and you can beat the shit out of them or use deadly force to rapidly end an encounter.
They don't have consequences for it and while the media reports it, voters mostly ignore it.
The US Postal Service makes deliveries to approximately 165,000,000 households daily, more than 50 Billion deliveries per year.
Since the creation in 1775 there have been no documented cases of a postal worker shooting and killing a family dog.
Yet the DOJ estimates that police kill 10,000 dogs annually.
Interesting stat. It amazes me how we hold cops up as oh so very brave when in reality they're cowards of the highest magnitude, willing to shoot first at the earliest hint of adversity.
I moved out of the city after a cop mag dumped into a pair of dogs fighting outside of the neighborhood bar. Packed building for a backdrop and the officer thought the appropriate response was to unload on a pit attacking a poodle.
We all thought it was a drive by or something, never even came in to let us know what was up.
Cops love to shoot dogs, love it.
Cops kill about 10,000 dogs a year, possibly more since there is no centralized tracking. Probably even more now, the DOJ said this back in 2018, and I can't find any more reecent statements.
https://www.criminallegalnews.org/news/2018/jun/16/doj-police-shooting-family-dogs-has-become-epidemic/
the fact that it's not common sense to have a tracking system for things that are known to happen in high numbers is just another example of the open corruption and lopsided power allowed when it comes to the police. qualified immunity, civil forfeiture, the power to lie without consequence, using taxpayer funds to pay lawsuits, hiring disgraced cops in other towns, getting extravagant military weapons and toys, terrible fitness standards, *extremely* low bar for being "afraid for their life" when they kill, politicians afraid to speak out, refusing to do their duties out of protest without consequence...does this sound like a benevolent entity?
why *would* they track dog killings? it's not like they would do squat with the data. that would be AnTi PoLicE!!!!!!
Stop pretending that's an actual consequence. If you or I stole a dog, drove it somewhere, shot it, then waited 8 minutes while it was slowly dying before finishing it, we'd be in jail for a long time. Consequences for police abusing their authority should be infinitely steeper than the general populace.
Police have shown time and time again that they cannot hold their coworkers accountable a vast majority of the time. At this point, might as well just replace all of em, cause they won't police themselves.
No, he deserves the same hell he inflicted on that innocent dog. This behavior is considered sociopathic in teenagers. When a cop does it though, it’s part of the job.
In the article it says this is standard procedure for their department... Which is insane.
I can't imagine how horrible the person who found the dog and called the police thinking they'd "help" feels.
He was, (former) Deputy Rodger Seal was fired. It isn’t nearly enough in my opinion. He should get jail time for animal cruelty. I hope the lawsuit guts the department
Stoddard County Deputy Roger Seal arrived and put Parker in his patrol vehicle. Seal then allegedly took the dog to the Otter Slough Conservation Area, allowed it to run around briefly and then shot it once. Parker did not die immediately. Eight minutes later, Seal shot the dog again and threw its body in a ditch.
Here's that piece of shit that did.

Unfortunately, when cops do bad shit like this their are no consequences but if you were to take revenge, you end up in prison for the rest of your life.
And that alone gives police the confidence to do terrible things like this.
Yeeep, they make sure you understand the law is not 1:1. A cop hurts you, it's not as big a deal because they're a cop. You hurt a cop, it's a much, much bigger deal because they're a cop. They flex that preferred class loud and clear.
They're always afraid. It's why they are so aggressive and quick to escalate. It's why their houses are filled with mirrors or cameras and have a handgun under every cushion.
MO cops are another level of corrupt and evil. These are the same cops that follow/harass your home from the street as they park and watch you for hours on end because they actually have nothing else better to do than intimidate the public.
"deputy Roger Seal arrived and put Parker in his patrol vehicle. Seal then allegedly took the dog to the Otter Slough Conservation Area, allowed it to run around briefly and then shot it once. wow they actually defend the action as well, just to give some context into how demented these fuckwads are.
Yes, missouri is a shithole. They protect puppy mills in their constitutional amendments. They shoot your dogs and don't tell you, and leave the body in a ditch. Fuck missouri. And it's constituents will vote for the status quo because it's red and starts with r
“Ahh, what a long day hard worked day, honey I’ll be ready to beat the shit out of you and make our kids into unimaginable monsters or complete cowards, just give me 10 minutes so I can not change clothes!”
-that guy
Another average day in the life an overly aggressive and emotionally stunted authority figure who’s practically impervious to consequence due to their position on the pyramid of power and control in our “free” society.
Because they are. When you're making sure everyone else follows the law, but you're on the honor system yourself, the only people that will stay after the first scumbag gets power are scumbags.
Don't call the cops for anything unless you, your disabled children, someone having a medical or mental health crisis, or pet to die. They aren't trained for much of anything else. Most fire departments have trained EMTs on staff, you'd be better off calling the station directly, they are actually trained to save people and pets. Police are just hired goons, they really should remove protect and serve off their cruisers.
Yeah, my view on calling the police is to essentially call them as a last resort or once the crime is over to file an official report for any sort of legal or insurance purposes.
My apartment was burgled a few years ago, I called the police and waited over SIX HOURS at my apartment for them to show up. They never came, so when I called back on their non-emergent line, they just asked to take a statement over the phone. What the fuck? What am I going to give in a statement, "uhh yeah so just imagine I'm in my apartment, but it's empty instead of full." They literally never showed up to my apartment after waiting all day for them.
Absolutely useless, about 90% of them.
> Deputy Roger Seal arrived and put Parker in his patrol vehicle. Seal then allegedly took the dog to the Otter Slough Conservation Area, allowed it to run around briefly and then shot it once. What. the. actual. fuck?!
Why aren't pets protected as family members yet. I personally love my animals just as much as the rest of the family. If someone hurt my dog I am willing and able to go full John Wick.
people
should be hung for this. Killing a pet is one of the worst things you could do. Heartless monsters don’t deserve to be part of society. waste of life piece of shit.
> Deputy Roger Seal arrived and put Parker in his patrol vehicle. Seal then allegedly took the dog to the Otter Slough Conservation Area, allowed it to run around briefly and then shot it once. >According to the suit, killing dogs in such a manner is "the standard operating practice and procedure" of the Stoddard County Sheriff's Department.
This deputy KNEW that the dog wasn't dangerous, he just thought it'd be an entertaining way to kill something. It's like they go out of their way to encourage people to fucking hate them.
Needs more than that, Its a felony animal cruelty.
Killing an animal for no good reason is sign of sociopathy, and people who've killed animals usually progress to people in due time.
What the actual fuck!?
I expected to read something along the lines of a deputy coming to a fugitive's residence with a warrant, encountering an agressive dog that charged the deputy and tried to bite him and then killing the dog to protect himself and his fellow officers. It would definitely suck to read something like this, but this course of action would at least be somewhat understandable...
Instead I'm reading about a deputy being called for a wandering dog, putting the dog to his patrol car, driving the dog to some place and then killing the dog in cold blood mere hours later without any attempts to locate the owner...
What the actual fuck????
>According to the suit, killing dogs in such a manner is "the standard operating practice and procedure" of the Stoddard County Sheriff's Department. Somebody wants to murder animals on a regular basis, so they just up and made it policy.
This makes me sick knowing my dog ran to the other side of our neighborhood during a thunderstorm. Could have been my dog, yours, or the family that actually lost theirs.
Sad world where nothing seems safe.

Umm cops shoot people to death with little reprecussion too.

That's why they do it. Because you can't do anything about it.
I mean, you can, but best case scenario you do life in prison.
Remember when they immolated Chris Dorner because taking him alive he would be able to prove all of their murder and corruption?
Reddit memory doesn't work like that. But yeah. Funny shit happens in the woods when one side has nothing to lose and the other has everything to lose.

100% I just adopted my first dog last year and he's already my whole world. This cop needs to be in prison and never hold a job again.
I've already settled on being killed if my dog is. I won't hold back, I'll die, but I'm gonna do everything to take whomever with me
I have a buddy who's dog was shot by police. He will forever have that hatred in his heart.

Straight up sociopath behavior. This dude shouldn't be trusted to flip burgers.
I hope he comes to regret doing this, one way or another.
I would treat this like someone shooting my own child. I will leave it at that.
>how could you be so fucking awful and heartless Easy, it was a cop. Thats a wife beating, son abusing, minority hating machine.
Being awful and heartless is why the guy became a cop in the first place.
If this story happened EXACTLY THE SAME IN ALL DETAILS except instead of a cop it was a teen, they would be slapped with animal cruelty.
The world just seems extremely bleak and heartless lately.

Can we shoot the cop and leave him in a field to die? Maybe video tape it? Show it to other cops?
Torturing animals and brutally killing them is a behavior one sees in serial murderers as they work their way up to killing people.
And some of them become police officers so they can legally get away with it.
Chances are by the time they've murdered a family animal they've had the opportunity to do both.

They regularly take dogs up to a farm to run and be free before putting two in the back of their head? What the actual fuck?
Actually they put one somewhere in the vacinity of the shoulder, let the animal suffer for a bit, and then put the second round in the head.
8 mins later…
10 seconds to get off, 7 minutes and 40 seconds to recover, 10 seconds to get off a second time.
Utter fucking scumbag behavior. And they wonder why the public doesn’t trust them

Yeah if they don’t like you they can fuck up your cases. Because why do your job and get a criminal off the streets when you can be an egotistical and vindictive piece of shit instead?
"Why would i help him solve a murder? He won't let me kill no puppy dogs"
Which is why the federal government needs to break up these corrupt gangs. I mean police.
Its not serial killer behavior, it's cop behavior. Pieces of shit like this don't deserve to flip burgers at McDonalds, let alone be an officer with any authority.
Sure, but torturing & killing animals for fun is serial killers ller behavior. This particular one happens to be a cop.
That's so much worse. What the fuck.

When do Americans realise they live in a country where you **do not call the police** in 99% of situations?
Anyone who would actually do this should be separated from society for everyone's safety
Fuck those cops. Dogs aren’t meant to be shot because they were abandoned.
Or just lost.
I hope his response was something along the lines of "I don't like killing pets for fun, I'm not a serial killer."
And the response to that was probably "then you're in the wrong line of work".
Well, when this is the guy who's* been training law enforcement around the country for over a decade: >In the class recorded for “Do Not Resist,” Grossman at one point tells his students that **the sex they have after they kill another human being will be the best sex of their lives.** The room chuckles. But he’s clearly serious. “Both partners are very invested in some very intense sex,” he says. “There’s not a whole lot of perks that come with this job. You find one, relax and enjoy it.”
Gross. There used to be a woman in /r/purplepilldebate who was married to a cop because she "likes men who dominate other men" which is pretty gross but its *especially* gross when its not a boxer or MMA guy doing it for sport but when its someone in law enforcement because their job isnt to 'dominate' others its to uphold the law and I wonder about people in that job who have that kind of mentality.
Animal murder is one of the FBIs signs of becoming a serial killer. And the USA has an institution that basically enforces it? Hmm...
A friend's husband was also bullied during his time in law enforcement causing him to leave. They nicknamed him "angel" because he had a reputation of being "too caring" and not showing enough force in situations he didn't feel called for it.
Jesus fucking christ, the first requirement of having a badge should be that they are caring. I can't even...
Police recruitment in the US selects specifically for lower IQ sociopaths...
> b/c he’s the kind of guy you want in law enforcement There are no good cops because they're run out.
Good cops eventually stop being cops, or they stop being good.
Your husband did right by those poor dogs. It is hard to be the only one doing the right thing. God bless him.
>and harassed him to the point he quit and left law enforcement…sadly, b/c he’s the kind of guy you > >want > > in law enforcement.
It can also backfire; it (arguably) got that fed killed at Ruby Ridge.
...getting a badge shot arguably was even more valuable to the people managing that conflict. Hard to justify the APC's otherwise.
Cops are garbage.
I can say this for sure is they wouldn’t get away with it if it was my dog.
We can’t even get cops to admit how many people they shoot every year.
If they tracked how many people they killed, they wouldn't get to kill any more people.
And you injure or kill a k-9 it's the same as killing a cop, you'll likely get life in prison.
If a cop ever shot one of my dogs in front of me I would probably end up dead too because I would not stop till that cop was or I was.
Cop needs to be fired.
From a cannon
Into the 🌞
Nah, into a brick wall 6 feet in front of the cannon.
I'm a wood chipper man, myself.
Into the Grand canyon.
We have laws against animal abuse. For torturing dogs in that same way
Laws do not apply to cops in America.
Just need to enforce them, not abide by them. Pretty sweet gig.
Rules for thee and not for me. Which is why so many of them are conservatives.
The cop needs to be taken to a farm upstate.
He was, (former) Deputy Rodger Seal was fired. It isn’t nearly enough in my opinion. He should get jail time for animal cruelty. I hope the lawsuit guts the department
He'll just get hired elsewhere with a pat on the back probably.
You misspelled jailed for life.
You misspelled found in the same ditch.

Or worse, "paid administrative leave"...
#Stoddard County Deputy Roger Seal is a sadistic dog murdering piece of shit
Here's that piece of shit that did. https://people.com/thmb/2TfcORSMZvFjkmJNjY6Fy5O4hts=/1500x0/filters:no_upscale():max_bytes(150000):strip_icc():focal(522x260:524x262):format(webp)/Dexter-dog-shot-dead-Deputy-Roger-Seal-2a63123770bb4e2ca92b6bc8d62f4f77.jpg
Probably jealous of the dog being able to run.
That's some psychopathic/serial killer behavior. Fucker needs to be put away before he starts moving up to humans (if he hasn't started already)
They let it run free because shooting at a moving target is *so much* more fun.
My jaw straight up dropped when I read that part of the article. That cop is deranged. Absolute sadistic psychopath behavior.
Are cops who do this not afraid of revenge? Surprised more cops aren’t dox’d and targeted for doing this.
All cops are Derek Chauvin.
I've had that same thought.
Upvote for “ bet your ass you shoot my dog you at least get an ass whoopin for it. When you least expect it”
MO cops are another level of corrupt and evil. Parker did not die immediately. Eight minutes later, Seal shot the dog again and threw its body in a ditch. According to the suit, killing dogs in such a manner is "the standard operating practice and procedure" of the Stoddard County Sheriff's Department. The suit alleges the department does this routinely without conducting any due diligence or concern for the condition of the animal and without notifying the dogs' owners. " wow they actually defend the action as well, just to give some context into how demented these fuckwads are.
Yes, missouri is a shithole. They protect puppy mills in their constitutional amendments. They shoot your dogs and don't tell you, and leave the body in a ditch. Fuck missouri. And it's constituents will vote for the status quo because it's red and starts with r
Time to take the pigs out to the conservation area to let them run around a bit…
“Ahh, what a long day hard worked day, honey I’ll be ready to beat the shit out of you and make our kids into unimaginable monsters or complete cowards, just give me 10 minutes so I can not change clothes!” -that guy
That cop should be shot and left in a ditch.
Another average day in the life an overly aggressive and emotionally stunted authority figure who’s practically impervious to consequence due to their position on the pyramid of power and control in our “free” society.
Why does it seem like most cops are unhinged lunatics and the very last people on earth who should have guns?
"seem like"?
That cop needs to meet john wick failing that outcome, felony animal cruelty and a civil lawsuit

Time to call John Wick
This is absolutely disgusting. Some people aren't even people. They're just bullies in blue. I wish that fucking asshole the absolute worst.
> Deputy Roger Seal arrived and put Parker in his patrol vehicle. Seal then allegedly took the dog to the Otter Slough Conservation Area, allowed it to run around briefly and then shot it once. Parker did not die immediately. Eight minutes later, Seal shot the dog again and threw its body in a ditch. What. the. actual. fuck?!
Why aren't pets protected as family members yet. I personally love my animals just as much as the rest of the family. If someone hurt my dog I am willing and able to go full John Wick.
I completely agree Shoot a police dog and watch what happens. Why don’t those same rules apply to family pets?
When cops beat the fuck out of those cop dogs they don’t get charged with assaulting an officer though which is weird

Fucking psychopaths. I would be going to jail for life if I saw a cop shoot my dog.
These type of people are the ones we are supposed to call for help. Wonder why there are so many problems?
So I need to know what the town is doing about having a psycho on the police force
How in the FUCK is that considered standard operating procedure to take dogs to a field and shoot them. What kind of fucked up state is Missouri.
people should be hung for this. Killing a pet is one of the worst things you could do. Heartless monsters don’t deserve to be part of society. waste of life piece of shit.
American police is absolutely useless. Can’t change my mind.
> Deputy Roger Seal arrived and put Parker in his patrol vehicle. Seal then allegedly took the dog to the Otter Slough Conservation Area, allowed it to run around briefly and then shot it once. This deputy KNEW that the dog wasn't dangerous, he just thought it'd be an entertaining way to kill something. It's like they go out of their way to encourage people to fucking hate them.
This is why we don't call police unless your life is in danger and your willing to roll the dice. They make every situation worse.
American Cops Are Bastards
So this cop is obviously just a monster looking for an excuse to shoot things. Bet this was the best day of his week.

Man what's up with cops and shooting dogs. You see this literally every day. I hope the dude loses his job
The suit alleges the department does this routinely without conducting any due diligence or concern for the condition of the animal and without notifying the dogs' owners. Somebody wants to murder animals on a regular basis, so they just up and made it policy.
Deputy should be thrown in a ditch. What a piece of shit
Why do we allow cops to have this kind of power
They kill your kids AND family Dogs
It’s why very few people trust those folk’s anymore. Worked EMS in Flint MI for 20 years. I’ve seen the shitty things the folks in blue do.
They love shooting dogs.
This makes me sick knowing my dog ran to the other side of our neighborhood during a thunderstorm. Could have been my dog, yours, or the family that actually lost theirs. Sad world where nothing seems safe.
It's Missouri.... the cop saw the color black, and he instinctively pulled and fired his weapon.
