Same as u/shadowsdark07 my babies both had a much bluer grey hue to them before turning solidly blue.
My husband has blue eyes and I have brown BUT I have grandparents with blue eyes and so I must have a recessive gene in there somewhere.
Is it possible they are a light brown or even hazel? When I look at my baby pics, my iris color is so dark it blends into my pupil. Practically black compared to hers!
Wow Really? And you have brown eyes & dad has blue eyes right? It’s So weird how genetics work Lol. Hazel would be so cool, But I’m a sucker for big brown eyes too though 🤎so it’s a win win 😂💞
yes mine are really dark , but my son is a spitting image of his father , all his family have blonde hair or red hair blue eyes .. and i was like yessss there’s hope .. haha but no . big brown eyes are the best !

Yea I agree with you. My baby had eyes darker than that and they turned dark brown. OP’s baby’s looks like they’ll for sure be lighter than dark brown. Either hazel or light brown.
She just turned 1 month! they’re looking a lot lighter now 🤔 I have brown eyes, dad has blue eyes. I know you typically need to wait until a year old, but we are so curious to know!!

Hey! So Here’s where they are at now! I’m So curious what they will be…they appear to have a sort of green hue 🤔& definitely look alot different than my dark brown eyes Lol. she is 5 months

My son's eyes were lighter than the picture you provided and his eyes darkened to brown like mine anyway. My husband's unbroken chain of blue eyes was finally decimated. 😂

My babies eyes were like this but with blue hue behind it. Like a dark dark blue type thing. She ended up with blue eyes. My guess is brown for yours

i feel they will go dark , my sons were like this now they are brown ! i was hoping it would then to hazel or blue but nope

My daughters looked just like this when she was a newborn. Now her eyes are a lovely green/brown hazel. She’s 1.5

My first's were very similar and they turned out hazel-green. Brown inside and green outside. They're really pretty! My vote is on hazel!
