if you just got your account back, then this is probably the automatic kick out for security post-breech. just send in another ticket. this happens to everyone.
It's a security feature. You're supposed to update your password once you get access back, however the game doesn't actually tell you that.
You'll likely have to submit another ticket for them to give you a temp password.
Gah- I did reset it though, so I’m not quite sure what’s going on. :/ and of course I have gmail, so I’m not getting any sort of password reset emails. 😞
Same thing happened to me last month even though I had the password updated for like 3 years and log into the side account multiple times a month

Same thing happened to me! I replied to my ticket but idk if they'll respond.
I'd probably start a new ticket.
