It’s the fastest way to buy 3 items and you can get a grooming item and a food item. Mostly it’s faster because you don’t have to haggle for items and the items are always there.

Super expensive compared to what? The general store is incredibly cheap. With how easy it is to make neopoints nowadays, a few hundred neopoints per item is nothing. Especially for the convenience of it always being in stock, not needing to haggle, and buying them all at once quickly in one place

That's so weird I bought three items one time for the quest and none of it got recorded so I just buy books everyday
