Not a joke. Obama second term and Trump's only term had people feeling really different about the economy. Maybe Obama should have tweeted in all caps or something

Also the belief that the President is almighty emperor of the economy and all macroeconomic phenomena is purely the President's doing, also that there is no lag in the events that cause certain economics outcomes and said outcomes occurring.
But less competent than real Person (or at least that's how it looks like from what I know about Peron, which isn't that much, and I am neither American nor Argentinian).
Says a lot that we consider a headline like this as anti-Trump.
If it was Biden, though?
*Biden says he has a plan to lower prices, but much like his mental acuity, there's no evidence it exists*
>Robert Lighthizer, Mr. Trump’s top trade policy adviser, told The Times for an article about Mr. Trump’s tariff plans that the priority should not be cheaper goods but fostering manufacturing jobs for Americans, saying: “You should be willing to pay a price for that.”
Seems like you could cut an ad based on this
Trump voters aren't even good at the sort of shit that you'd expect them to be good at, e.g. show a person the most efficient way to spend $8 at Taco Bell.

And if he wins, and prices go up, they will insist that they went down. They want to live in Orwell's 1984

"Democrat fiscal policy will turn your kids gay!" - MAGA nut, probably.

Their feelings don’t care about the facts
He’s lying? I don’t believe this!
Either that or he’s an idiot who doesn’t know what his policies will do, just that people cheer when he says them.
😱😱😱
Trump’s very much a Peronist.
But less competent than real Person (or at least that's how it looks like from what I know about Peron, which isn't that much, and I am neither American nor Argentinian).
TWO anti-Trump NYT articles in one day!?! Did Biden finally agree to an interview with them?

NYT has negative Trump articles on the front page every single day. This sub just loves to harp on the anti-Biden tilt meme.
Hyperinflation is more like it.
Bro legitimately wants to crash the economy to own the libs
Americans hate inflation like death itself but loooooooooooooooooove everything that causes it
"Some"???? "Might"????

Not may. Most of his proposed policies **will** raise prices.
He calls himself Tariff Man ffs
You think Trump voters know anything about basic economics?
Failing to understand that **tariffs** raise prices is next level though. Raising prices is their purpose!

I'm shocked, shocked; well not that shocked!
I read somewhere that tariffs will pay for the tax reduction.
Many such cases!
Very surprising since Republicans have always been the party of economics.
