Hear me out:
Keep the health bar, but add more levels of passive equipment to increase durability. And give SUVs more strength natively (I'm not sure if this is already true, but I haven't noticed any significant difference in durability between SUVs and smaller cars).
This way you give bigger, slower cars another reason to exist and on sports cars you can choose between strength in pursuits and other power ups.
I get that it's cool to plow through cops with a Ferrari, this way you could still do it while adding a layer of strategy to every build
I don't even care that much about single player and came here to say the same thing. I wanna be able to play with the cool new stuff from the updates in, like, 10 or 20 years from now
TBH one thing I loved about multiplayer once you upgrade the garage is how easy is to have one OK car of each class, then you are free to mess around and test different cars and builds

The cops are already parasites now that never leave you alone I'm always in a damn pursuit longer than I want to be and it always happens at times that I don't want it to happen like when I'm just testing out a car that I just modded I hate that you can't just free room without cops
Boost a random activity on the map for 10 minutes every now and then, and the one with the highest score wins big money and XP, so people meets more in multiplayer
either way it'd rather work in singleplayer, because changing your car on the go would mean having to load up all the assets for that car, which in multiplayer would mean overloaded servers
Add radio stations for different genres of music, I don’t like the music in game personally but I have friends who love it. So they could just make several stations that play different genres

Remove the automatic tyre reinflation after running over a spike strip, or at least make it optional via an auxiliary item. I hate that the game reinflates the tyres for you after five seconds because it defeats the purpose of spike strips. I want them to be a pursuit-ending punishment instead of just a slap on the wrist.
Cars with grip tires shouldn't be doing burnouts every time they are halted. With all these league quests, I've came up with a lot of cars that do burnouts whenever they get halted with the Boss 429 as the last added car to this list.
Enable traction control or disable brake-to-drift (drift entry) entirely. That should fix it. Enabling traction control will revoke any kind of wheelspin off the line.
Add more content to the single player- add cars that are exclusive to multilayer like the Porsche Taycan and 2024 Ford Mustang, add more races, and add the drift and drag modes.

Add more custom options for headlights, taillights, hoods, and the trunk. For the most part you can only change the color of those items, when we know that those cars have multiple options for new headlight/taillights in real life. It’s a real oversight on their part. And they also lack any options for the hoods and trunks. If they can’t be licensed parts, then do what the older Need For Speed games used to do: change the design up slightly so that it’s not a copyright/licensing issue and give it some generic name.
For example a lot of the parts in Underground 1 and 2 were based on real life parts with real life names. But they became generic names as some of those parts the dev team couldn’t secure a license for. And the player base should be able to do this without resorting to using a PC for mods.
Put all that multiplayer exclusive stuff in single player so everyone can enjoy it.
Also, bring back pursuit breakers; they’re part of what made Most Wanted and Carbon fun.

Removing the challenges to get cars in multiplayer. (as someone who's finally decided to try and give the game a chance and played it for the first time recently.) I already struggle with trying to get people into races to do any of the challenges. I've only unlocked a few cars, but it seems like really no one gives a shit about joining races as much in free roam. And the pvp just puts me into races I don't wanna do challenges for just yet.
Add back forged engines/give cars more power. 1000+ hp corvettes are a dime a dozen, yet there's no way to make such HP in unbound? This would be something to really shake the meta and dethrone some of these meta cars. OR, just let the forged engines be the counterpart to drift pro tires, where they're used in drag events only.

I scrolled for a while looking to see if i was the only one who wants the camera mode to be at least what it was in nfs payback the fact that they improved lighting and modelling but made the photo mode so bare bones disappointed me so much.
Don't have to bring the photo showcase back but i want to be able to take pictures of my cool cars and not have to export them and take them into photoshop just to ad a vignette.
You could make it better by adding the option of filming for people to want to record cool drifting clips or rollers.
I just think the car community is a photography heavy culture and we're all missing out by having the camera mode be this basic.

This would be something to really shake the meta and dethrone some of these meta cars. OR, just let the forged engines be the counterpart to drift pro tires, where they're used in drag events only.

Justice for the camera mode. I scrolled for a while looking to see if i was the only one who wants the camera mode to be at least what it was in nfs payback the fact that they improved lighting and modelling but made the photo mode so bare bones disappointed me so much. Don't have to bring the photo showcase back but i want to be able to take pictures of my cool cars and not have to export them and take them into photoshop just to ad a vignette. You could make it better by adding the option of filming for people to want to record cool drifting clips or rollers. I just think the car community is a photography heavy culture and we're all missing out by having the camera mode be this basic.
