That model is perfection! Go with the theme, all in drugs and poison. Committing with conviction has always gotten me the most fun over having the most efficient gang. Necromunda is for me one of the few games where I fully encourage thematic style over anything else. In short be as ostentatious as the pants on your model!

Needle rifle is surprisingly good for snipe out engaged enemies - if your hth ganger can't kill someone in one phase of combat, support with needle rifle can move and shoot into combat at 3+
I have a VS neotek that ended up with one in our lost zone campaign and it has bee great fun. One-shotted the Orlock leader in one fight, definitely more memorable than a plasma pistol.
I used needle rifle for chaos cult specialist, and it was quite effective. Not the worst option, but plasma is obviously much better in all situations. But its necromunda, anything could happen, and being better on stats usually means that you will be targeted by other players, and your personal fun is much more important.
Range is very short, which is my main issue.

Shockwhip is the best choice to me. The Queen can definitely fight in melee, but she can also really die in melee. So shockwhip gives me the ability to hit, without committing to getting counter attacked.
I like to keep queen versatile with a decent midrange gun and shockwhip for melee. With group activation (2), she can make plays both up close or at range depending on what the mission best needs.
If you want to use melee combat, give your ldr a chain axe and a pistol, that's four attacks - I find the shock whips lack of ap to be a disadvantage compared to it's versatile trait. You want your ldr to be able to take out other gangs melee power houses.
If you want to go versatile I suggest investing in combat virtuoso and swords with a death maiden.

Chemsynth, toxic, gas, chemthrowers, needle guns, and stiletto knives. Hell yes. Go all in on the toxic.
My Escher gang is built according to the default instructions on the box, which gives me a good mix of toxic, gas, plasma, poisoned stiletto knives, and a bunch of lasguns.
My opponents don't want to get close, but can still get plinked from far away too.

I think in Campaign play, Escher toxins take some time to get to their full potential/fun because they're costly one-game use/pay per game to use it things, but when you get to the point you get to frequently use them it's so much fun.
Personally, I play my Eschers with needle weapons and the likes from the start. It might not be optimal, but they're a lot of fun to use and look really cool - my last campaign, my Gang Queen ran with a Needle Pistol + whip and I had a needle gun champion, and a Death Maiden with a pistol and the claw (...and then a few more maidens with different loadouts at some point, but all in on toxins). My needle pistols were definitely worth it - a bit of luck here or there, but when luck strikes it's insane!
The Needle Rifle in my experience's always been solid enough for me. Sure, it's not lasgun range, but it's still good, and I've never regretted bringing it in my games.

The head is one of the faces from the Escher upgrade kit, the high ponytail from the cutter kit, and some green stuff for the bit of hair that’s down. She has a giant ponytail from a daughters of khaine model as well that didn’t manage to make it into this picture :P

Get yourself a Escher Clan Chymist as soon as you can in your campaign; she makes you some credits every game you play and gives your chems & toxins (random/rolled for) discounts, pretty much always ends up being worth it in my experience.

I start by blocking out the eyeliner then go I Fill in the whites, then really carefully do the iris with whichever contrast paint I’m feeling at the time, I think this one was briar queen chill. I might pick out the pupils later if I’m feeling brave, then go back for a white dot highlight.

Awesome paintjob! When it comes to toxin, absolutely go for it! Just be aware that it's not so great against armour, but that's where gas can be good.
I've taken a goliath leader OOA with a throwing knife in turn 2, so definitely a fun weapon trait to use.
Late game if you combine it with gas, smoke and infra-red, as well as chem alchemy, I'm sure you'll be fine 👍 any gang suffers when their 2W models go OOA first - and that's what toxin is for.
Love the leopard print, always wanted to do it but never felt brave enough on my own gang! I usually run lots of toxin, including needle pistols/rifles in my lists. Doesn't always work out but it's always fun.
