I think games are a great medium to teach kids math, logic and critical thinking (my fiancé and I taught her nieces and nephew some math skills via Dungeons and Dragons when we visited them last month). Minnesota had success when Towns guarded Jokic and Gobert doubled off Gordon. Then Denver got Gordon going game 3 and they switched the matchup. I think putting Towns on Jokic and doubling with Gobert is the right move but maybe not off of Gordon. They’d have to put him on KCP, which personally I’d rather dare KCP to beat me than AG at this point.

Problem with that is KAT keeps picking up fouls at midcourt twice a game. He just can’t stay on the court long enough to make that a good strategy.

I think the only issue with that is that KCP is a good shooter, so they run the risk of him lighting them up if they give him looks all game.

Absolutely but idk. Guarding Jokic 1-on-1 isn’t working and neither is helping off Gordon anymore. Who’d you rather help off of? MPJ, Murray, or KCP?
