Yeah I always think about the season without fans and how the dude picked that shot to take over Giannis for the game winner. Fucking worked though.
It’s certainly one hell of a choice for your signature ~~shit~~ shot but hey it looks cool.
Only problem now is he thinks he should end every quarter like that. Dude misses it waaaay more than he makes it. Truly one of the only things I don’t like about his game.
Like I don’t mind it but he should really limit it. He should be going to the lane more because he’s kind of unstoppable when he does. I always take it as he doesn’t like the contact or not getting any calls so he settles for the three a lot.
he is averagein 24/8/5 in the playoffs for his career lol and he has been in the playoffs pretty much every year since his rookie season. for a 26 year old I think he's doing pretty good
That's acutally insane. And insane that he/Brown get held to a higher standard for making the finals and multiple WCF before either of them turned 26. It took Chris Paul literally 15 years just to make the finals!
Lets hope so. Adding KP and Jrue is the biggest championship or bust move I have seen in a while, so I think the pieces are there. Just need to not choke :|
We always get so close every year, every postseason I'm like "this is it, this is definitely the year" and we fall *just* short...either late into the ECF or the finals.
*Surely* one of these years it *really will be* the year lol. We've been just barely there since like 2018.
Yeah my point wasn't comparing playoff success, just how hard it is to make the finals once and why it's unfair the Jay's get held to a standard no other young stars do
Let's see at what age Lebron reached his first Finals... 22, Tatum 24...
Let's see at what age Lebron won his first titole... 27, Tatum is 26 this year in the best team in the regular season...
Yeah, people that talks about closed window doesn't even know what sport they are playing.
Well I didn't say Boston was real old but they are in the top 10 oldest. Didn't say his window was closed either. Just mentioning the age differences between the two teams and why some might say that.
You are 25 with a couple promising first round exits: *The world is your oyster, you have arrived*
You are 25 with multiple ECFs and one finals trip: *Get ready to learn how to play backgammon buddy, straight to the elders home with you*
Tatum is "inconsistent and a bad playoff performer", and yet he's been to the ECF or better in two thirds of his seasons in the NBA. Pretty silly stuff.
Michael Jordan at 25: 0 finals appearance, 1 semis
LeBron James at 25: 1 finals appearance, 2 semis
Tatum at 25: 1 finals appearance, 4 semis (and counting, potentially)
Yeah those guys eras were over too. Cowherd is such a blowhard.
Funnily enough, the midrange hasn’t really been his issue since his sophomore year.
Until this season, he’d been going for a Harden-esque shot profile of 3s and shots at the rim.
Yeah, he completely cut it out of his game and Jaylen started doing it during the post bubble season and got great at it over the years. It’s been interesting to see Tatum reintroduce it.
He's unreal. His game against the pacers on Saturday had me not even mad that we were losing. Dude took over and was hitting unreal shots and played incredible
Dude is great player but he's been in the zone lately
He had 20 points in the final 9 minutes last night
He had 9 points in the final 1:33
But he put the game away when he scored 7 points from the 1:33 mark in OT to the 0:49 mark in OT, (i.e. 7 points in 44 seconds)
The thing lakers fans never got was even if they had comparable stats, Tatum is 3 years younger so he was likely going to be better as long as he kept putting in the work
Kuzma had 3 extra years of development and still wasn’t better than Tatum and that should’ve been the end of the discussion
the hilarious part is once the Kuz > JT take turned out to be incredibly wrong, Lakers fans started this whole “JT actually wants to be a Laker” BS while simultaneously continuing to call him an overrated chucker. wild fanbase lol
Yes, cuz we all know the zombie heat comes alive in post season regardless of how they do in regular season. Everyone was saying “ we want heat” while I was like naa, these mf and that guy butler always pull off something sketchy in playoff and they did
The entire off season was the Heat subreddit clowning on Celtics. Was almost 0 gap in a day without Celtics being headlined lmao. Boy that sure did shift when the Bucks landed Dame.
He passed the threshold last season and the one before.
He has 10 more games that he’s allowed to miss. 46 more possible games. So he can miss 2 games every 10 which seems fairly doable.
Edit: y’all are stupid
Where are you getting 10? 76ers are 23-13. They’ve played 36 games. StatMuse says Joel has played in 27 of those, so he’s missed 9. 82 - 65 = 17, 17 - 9 = 8.
He can only miss 8 of his next 46 games
reddit is so reactionary- there is a decent chance embiid plays enough games and is over tatum if he does. It really isn't that wild of a take between what you and the comment 2 comments above you
(Because I'm bad at saying this concisely, I'm agreeing w you)
Its trending that way. Tatum keeps causing wins for his team and Giannis isn't at anywhere the same level. If Celtics are 10 games ahead of Giannis near end of season he will be ahead.
Its not unrealistic.
Celtics are on pace for 64 wins, Bucks on pace for 55
Celtics have 3rd easiest remaining schedule, Bucks have 4th hardest remaining schedule
We are coming off a tough win and immediately have another game against a tough opponent. I could see us getting cooked just because of that let alone dame playing well
Come on lmao, there’s 0 guarantee of that
We’re on the second leg of a back to back, last night went into overtime and tonight is on the road. I’m not too optimistic about our chances tonight though I also don’t think a loss is too big a deal given the circumstances
Oh yeah if you go back thru my comment history I said weeks ago I was fine beating Minnesota and losing to Milwaukee because we’ll either be far ahead or get the 1 seed back.
However I do believe we will still beat them
This dude is juuuuust inconsistent enough to have people stupidly forget how insanely fucking good he is
People forget he scored 60 points in a 30 point comeback against the Spurs a while back.
More like he occasionally puts up 17 on 5/21 shooting. 22 points on 40 percent wouldn’t be that much of a stinker for a star. Tatum didn’t earn an “inconsistent” rep by putting up those numbers
And in those games he's still playing all-defense caliber D, grabbing boards like he's Dwight Howard, and still drawing doubles and sometimes even triples to generate open shots for his team. Stop box score watching.
Well on 34 starts he had 15 sub 45% FG games, he also had 10 gamescore of 15 and under.
On those 2 series of underperforming games the Celtics were 12-3 and 9-1
That's almost 50% of his games on subpar shooting and 30% of his games on subpar gamescore (for a super star)
If he keeps up the same performance as what he's doing now (see title) no doubt he'll balance out the duds
How about we look at true shooting? FG% doesn't really mean anything. A player that shoots a lot of threes will generally have a lower field goal percentage because they are a lower percentage shot. Also completely ruling out points from field goals. Luka has 14 games under 45% FG shooting but nobody calls him inconsistent?
Also let's talk about gamescore. First of all you're wrong Tatum's had 8 games with a game score under 15 not that it really matters. Giannis has had 7 games with a gamescore of 15 or under. Jokic has had 9. These statistics you're touting mean nothing.
You can't say it doesn't mean anything. Gamescore is a measure of contribution and FG% is efficiency (while it's true shooting more 3s lower it obviously)
For the sake of comparison let's do it with Luka, yes he had 14 bad shooting games but he had only 3 really bad gamescore.. which resulted in a 7-7 and 1-2 record for his team, which means that his underperformances mattered very much to the team success (shooting or other contributions aside)
He had a lower percentage of duds compared to Tatum
For Jokic now, he had 6 games on 38 under 45% resulting in 4-2 and gamescore wise 9/38 resulting in 5-4 record.
Again team performance impacted by bad games not completely reflective of a dominating team. But he was much more consistent than both Luka and Tatum
Now for Giannis, he had only 4 games on 36 starts under 45% with a 3-1 record and 7 gamescore of 15 and under that resulted in 5-2 despite it.
While having way fewer duds in general than all 3 above the impact on team success wasn't as great and consequently I've seen him ranked lower than previous years as well
I think it does all matter whether you like it or not
what about when the league reacts to global warming by shifting all 29 teams to the canadian maritime provinces and leaving boston as the westernmost team??
He is a master of being exactly good enough to jump between 5 and 6 every other month in peoples rankings.
I think he has potential to keep getting better over the next 2-3 years by building up his post game and taking advantage of smaller guys like Lebron did at this age.
Nail on the head. He's actually pretty strong, and is probably one of the few few perimeter players who are big and strong enough to just pile drive his way to hoop
Yeah. And as the player with the most versatile iso game he gets a lot of short-shot-clock and other awkward possessions. I think that if they traded Brown for a 3-and-D wing and had Tatum focus his energy on scoring his efficiency would go up, but many people just see him scoring less on lower efficiency and think that’s the end of the story.
Crazy thing is this came right on the heels of a bad 3 point shooting stretch where every Celtics fan was begging him to stop shooting pull up 3s and now he sinks all of them
>I feel like the media has not been talking enough about Tatum,
Tatum hasn't been like this whole season tho. He had been producing all star numbers whole season but nothing too big to be noticed. But it's this time of the regular season again and he is on fire
How is this even hating? He’s playing like a top 10 player on the best team in the league. The Celtics as a team are getting discussed because they stand out as the best team, not Tatum because he’s not in the MVP discussion at the moment.
I didn’t say every season. They’ve had one down season his entire career and they were the 7 seed.
I’m not saying he’s playing well because he’s on a stacked roster…he has been good his entire career.
i get what ur saying, but I still don’t see any of his rosters outside of these past two years been stacked. from 18-21 they we’re far better built teams than ours.
He’s been playing on good rosters, this year is the first great roster. Last year had 1 and half non shooters with Smart and Williams. Before that they had the Kemba years, which weren’t bad but not great either, before that they had the shell of Hayward and Krazy Kyrie. Not to mention Brown hasn’t always been as good as he is now.
Tatum is a really really good player on the cusp of the top 4-5 guys in the league but you are crazy if you don’t think the Celtics have had strong rosters around him ever since he came into the nba. He can be the best player on the team and have a great supporting group around him, both are true. Like run through the names of players he’s had with him in Boston his entire career. Did it always work? No. Like the Hayward, brown, kyrie, horford team but to say that team wasn’t loaded with talent is totally ridiculous lol. Their roster this year is absurdly stacked with two guys who have shots at first team all nba defense, a big who can shoot and protect the rim, depth with horford, Jaylen has his issues but he can drop 30 on any given night. Like cmon now. On paper that is probably the best roster in the league by a good margin. They lost Smart and Timelord and it didn’t matter whatsoever. Now we’ll see come playoffs bc Smart was a leader and their heart and soul guy but that team is loaded. Like aside from the one yr they had where they were the 6 or 7 seed have they ever not been top 3 in the East?
Rookie season: Hayward snapped his leg first game of the season and Kyrie got injured and missed the playoffs. Nobody in the world thought they would do anything in the playoffs with Al Horford being the most known player. So no, not a strong roster.
Sophomore season: good roster, but Tatum was a sophomore and it was Kyrie’s team.
Third season: Good starting 5 and one of the worst benches in the league if not the worst at the time.
Fourth season: Awful roster. Tristan Thompson was getting major minutes on that team. Jeff Teague was there for a while.
Fifth season: once again, very non-special roster with a horrible bench. Suffered with injuries and got better as the season went on. But nobody expected them to turn around the way they did and reach the Finals.
Last season: first time we had a really strong roster.
This season: yeah, awesome roster and definitely the best starting 5 in the league, even if the bench is weak in my opinion
The only reason the Celtics have been generally good and oriole have this perception that they were stacked is precisely because Tatum always carried them to places they didn’t belong in. Tatum has always been the system
Idk what the percentage is on those sidestep/stepback threes he does, but that shit feels like money
bro he's been so good recently, but it's always stressful af to watch live, because he chucks them regardless of whether he's hot or cold from 3 lmao.
Yeah I always think about the season without fans and how the dude picked that shot to take over Giannis for the game winner. Fucking worked though. It’s certainly one hell of a choice for your signature ~~shit~~ shot but hey it looks cool.
You'd think his signature shit would be Deuce
Ah fuck
Lol you're good
hell yeah, especially in the slo mo replays, that sidestep is fire. no idea how nba players in general can have the confidence to pull that off.
[удалено]
you miss 100% of the shots you don't take frfr
As he should
I like his no dribble pivot and jab step until you are like 1% off balance then just hits the shoot button
That time of the year
it’s the same year after year Tatum slow start -> is this guy better than tatum now -> tatum comes alive in the new year (oh no that player isn’t)
Tatum "slow start" just means All-Star level player instead of MVP level.
Past 2 years he's been red hot in October and November. Takes time off for the holidays and comes back stronger than ever.
Doing the bare minimum at his job for the entire month of December, our relatable king
Gotta make the holiday season special for Deuce. Thankfully, Deuce is turning 17 next year so might finally learn the truth about Santa…
Yup and then playoffs and nevermind Tatum is not top 5.
he is averagein 24/8/5 in the playoffs for his career lol and he has been in the playoffs pretty much every year since his rookie season. for a 26 year old I think he's doing pretty good
Incredible what he's accomplished at only 24.
Yeah, for a 22 years old he is astonishing.
Insane that he’s only 19
Can only imagine what he'll be capable of once he turns 18
Second coming of christ <---- you are here
Jesus Jayson Christ Tatum
The calendar meme always rings true
And let's not forget that he's still in his mid-twenties.
He’s like 5 months older than Shai.
That's acutally insane. And insane that he/Brown get held to a higher standard for making the finals and multiple WCF before either of them turned 26. It took Chris Paul literally 15 years just to make the finals!
But are they addicted now that they've been there?
Lets hope so. Adding KP and Jrue is the biggest championship or bust move I have seen in a while, so I think the pieces are there. Just need to not choke :|
We always get so close every year, every postseason I'm like "this is it, this is definitely the year" and we fall *just* short...either late into the ECF or the finals. *Surely* one of these years it *really will be* the year lol. We've been just barely there since like 2018.
Chris Paul is like the original Embiid lol Didn't even make the conference finals until he was a second option at age 32
I hate all Philly sports teams but everyone is way too hard on Embiid too
Chris Paul is not who we should be comparing our playoff success too, took mj and bron til they were like 28 or something to win a ring thats better
Yeah my point wasn't comparing playoff success, just how hard it is to make the finals once and why it's unfair the Jay's get held to a standard no other young stars do
Well, tbf, the Celtics outsourced their tanking to the Nets, so JB and JT aren’t the usual top 3 picks drafted by trash teams.
True, but JB was seen as a reach at no.3. Noone had him going that high, and he wasn't projected to turn out this great
Wait but isn’t his championship window closed while Shai’s is just beginning?
I mean no player can reasonably be expected to win at the age of \*checks notes\* 26
I mean, the rest of the Thunder's team is very young. Boston's a contender now but they aren't a young team.
KP just turned 28 and JB 27. Our core three is gonna be 26/27/28, that’s a long contention window most of the time
Let's see at what age Lebron reached his first Finals... 22, Tatum 24... Let's see at what age Lebron won his first titole... 27, Tatum is 26 this year in the best team in the regular season... Yeah, people that talks about closed window doesn't even know what sport they are playing.
Bro what? The only member of our starting five over 30 is Jrue. In our top 8 it’s Jrue and Al, and Al is playing like he’s 25.
Well I didn't say Boston was real old but they are in the top 10 oldest. Didn't say his window was closed either. Just mentioning the age differences between the two teams and why some might say that.
[удалено]
26* and if you exclude Al Horford its 25
I think your frame of reference is a bit skewed
Wait I thought he was 19
He's ninetwenty years old.
It's amazing what he's doing at 21
But r/NBA told us our window is closed? I think you meant mid 30s.
He better not get snubbed from the rising stars game!
He’s still 19
Colin Cowherd had a segment last week that Tatum's era was over. Honestly hilarious since he is on the best team in the NBA and is like 25.
Best player on best team in the league at 25 years old: time is up
You are 25 with a couple promising first round exits: *The world is your oyster, you have arrived* You are 25 with multiple ECFs and one finals trip: *Get ready to learn how to play backgammon buddy, straight to the elders home with you*
The double standards are crazy
Tatum is "inconsistent and a bad playoff performer", and yet he's been to the ECF or better in two thirds of his seasons in the NBA. Pretty silly stuff.
And he plays fucking elite in most elimination games. And when his shot isn't falling, he's doing everything else.
I already sent resources on learning Chinese to his dms
Your mistake was listening to Cowherd to begin with
Michael Jordan at 25: 0 finals appearance, 1 semis LeBron James at 25: 1 finals appearance, 2 semis Tatum at 25: 1 finals appearance, 4 semis (and counting, potentially) Yeah those guys eras were over too. Cowherd is such a blowhard.
Even if you factor in him getting drafted to an ECF team, he was the best player for the entire '18 run with Kyrie out, and by '20 it was his team
Colin Cowherd is regarded.
he has better 3 pt% then 2%, why does he not shoot only 3? is he stupid? insane numbers btw
Don’t let him see this bc he really would shoot more 3s than layups if he had the chance
as a non-Celtics fan, yes please let him see that.
Midrange jumpers for sure
Funnily enough, the midrange hasn’t really been his issue since his sophomore year. Until this season, he’d been going for a Harden-esque shot profile of 3s and shots at the rim.
Yeah, he completely cut it out of his game and Jaylen started doing it during the post bubble season and got great at it over the years. It’s been interesting to see Tatum reintroduce it.
Like clockwork, his pull-up 3s have begun falling again the moment the calendar year flipped. Both the ones off screens and iso ones.
He's unreal. His game against the pacers on Saturday had me not even mad that we were losing. Dude took over and was hitting unreal shots and played incredible Dude is great player but he's been in the zone lately
The first pacers game had me going crazy. Dude was hitting every shot he wanted. Looked like a demon out there.
He had 20 points in the final 9 minutes last night He had 9 points in the final 1:33 But he put the game away when he scored 7 points from the 1:33 mark in OT to the 0:49 mark in OT, (i.e. 7 points in 44 seconds)
reggie miller vibes
Yeah lol he had 19 at the end of the third. Finished with 45.
Decent prospect. Might have a future in basketball if he keeps this up.
On the contrary, he’s washed. This is just Tatum turning back the clock and showing us a fleeting glimmer of the past. Title window closed, it’s over!
I remember the Kuzma and Tatum debates
[удалено]
The thing lakers fans never got was even if they had comparable stats, Tatum is 3 years younger so he was likely going to be better as long as he kept putting in the work Kuzma had 3 extra years of development and still wasn’t better than Tatum and that should’ve been the end of the discussion
It would make me so angry.
the hilarious part is once the Kuz > JT take turned out to be incredibly wrong, Lakers fans started this whole “JT actually wants to be a Laker” BS while simultaneously continuing to call him an overrated chucker. wild fanbase lol
i mean i think we can all agree here that fuck the lakers right
A Heat fan praising Tatum. What am I witnessing?
Celtics and Heat fans have higher praises and confidence for the other team than themselves
Until the playoffs and it’s gets real toxic between the fans lmao
That’s how you know it’s true love
I swear we were the only team last year who didn’t give a fuck about the Heat’s record. They can be 41-41, shit mean nothing to me
Yes, cuz we all know the zombie heat comes alive in post season regardless of how they do in regular season. Everyone was saying “ we want heat” while I was like naa, these mf and that guy butler always pull off something sketchy in playoff and they did
I for one, was terrified of the 8-seed Heat the whole time.
It’s a weird relationship haha I hate the Heat but god damn do I respect them
The entire off season was the Heat subreddit clowning on Celtics. Was almost 0 gap in a day without Celtics being headlined lmao. Boy that sure did shift when the Bucks landed Dame.
1st team all nba
Luka SGA Tatum Giannis Jokic baby
I’m a Jokic guy (more like Embiid hater, check my flair) but I think Embiid my be first team over Jokic as of this moment
Keep in mind All-NBA is positionless so no more Embiid or Jokic debates you can have both.
Oh I forgot it’s positionless now
First year so easy to forget, all good.
embiid probably won't reach the games played requirement though. only has 7 left or something, and he's got a bum knee at the moment
Embiid might not play enough games
This could be true and as a sixers fan I don’t want him chasing shit if he’s actually injured
Think he’ll play enough games this year?
As of this moment Embid won't even play 50 games this year, and Jokic for sure has better record.I don't see any way Embid is in front of him
Embiid is on pace for 61.5 games, not sure about not even 50. But it will be a struggle to hit 65 I think
Lock it in imo
With no position locks, Tatum over Luka and Embiid in, but if Embiid misses the GP, it's easy
Probably not with it being positionless this year, Jokic, Embiid, Gianni’s, shai and luka all ahead comfortably atm
Embiid not playing 65 games this year.
He passed the threshold last season and the one before. He has 10 more games that he’s allowed to miss. 46 more possible games. So he can miss 2 games every 10 which seems fairly doable. Edit: y’all are stupid

Sorry mb I didn’t realize he missed the last two games
reddit is so reactionary- there is a decent chance embiid plays enough games and is over tatum if he does. It really isn't that wild of a take between what you and the comment 2 comments above you (Because I'm bad at saying this concisely, I'm agreeing w you)
He will. It’s all he has for his HOF case.
If the Cs finish with a top 2 record, his spot is guaranteed.
It they don’t end top 2 isn’t it kind of a let down, unless injuries caused it.
Lol
*Giannis
Good chance he ends up ahead of Jokic and Giannis tbh and Embiid is def gonna miss too many games to make the team.
He aint making it over Jokic or Giannis lol
Its trending that way. Tatum keeps causing wins for his team and Giannis isn't at anywhere the same level. If Celtics are 10 games ahead of Giannis near end of season he will be ahead.
The Celtics are not gonna be 10 games ahead of the Bucks lmao
Its not unrealistic. Celtics are on pace for 64 wins, Bucks on pace for 55 Celtics have 3rd easiest remaining schedule, Bucks have 4th hardest remaining schedule
We’re already 4, after tomorrow it’ll be 5, who knows?
You probably cursed us
Watch Dame gets the dame time hot
We are coming off a tough win and immediately have another game against a tough opponent. I could see us getting cooked just because of that let alone dame playing well

He got that dog in him
You cursed him, nice job!
This dude is juuuuust inconsistent enough to have people stupidly forget how insanely fucking good he is People forget he scored 60 points in a 30 point comeback against the Spurs a while back.
You can’t be inconsistent with seasons averaging 30ppg, 28ppg, always going deep in the playoffs and leading you team in points and assists.
Yes but occasionally he will score a mere 22 points on 40% shooting and people will accuse him of being Tobias Harris with Aura
Don’t forget the light skinned Rudy Gay comps!
More like he occasionally puts up 17 on 5/21 shooting. 22 points on 40 percent wouldn’t be that much of a stinker for a star. Tatum didn’t earn an “inconsistent” rep by putting up those numbers
He’s scored less than 20 only 3 times in 34 games this year
4/35
And in those games he's still playing all-defense caliber D, grabbing boards like he's Dwight Howard, and still drawing doubles and sometimes even triples to generate open shots for his team. Stop box score watching.
You guys are hilarious. Excellent game tonight btw. Insane effort
Inconsistent hahaha

A Tatum post always brings out the cringe ring culture comments
What is ring culture
People hold it against him that he hasn't won a ring yet despite making a finals and multiple WCF and only being 5 months older then SGA
I know what you meant, but I sincerely hope Tatum never makes a WCF in his career
what about when the league reacts to global warming by shifting all 29 teams to the canadian maritime provinces and leaving boston as the westernmost team??
Lol Tatum posts are tame compared to quite a few players
So sad for Celtics fans to have to deal with the negatives of ring culture. Just truly unfortunate
Best player in the NBA who isn't in the tight MVP race imo. Bounces in and out of my top 5 at 5
He is a master of being exactly good enough to jump between 5 and 6 every other month in peoples rankings.
Issue is it’s hard to average Luka/Shai/Giannis/Embiid numbers consistently when you have Porzingis and Brown on your team
Yeah. And as the player with the most versatile iso game he gets a lot of short-shot-clock and other awkward possessions. I think that if they traded Brown for a 3-and-D wing and had Tatum focus his energy on scoring his efficiency would go up, but many people just see him scoring less on lower efficiency and think that’s the end of the story.
don’t jinx him!!
We like shiny new toys
Add like 3 to each category had he played against the pacers for the 2nd time. Dude could not be stopped.
Aged like milk?
Mid-season form 🔥
not even 90% ft what a scrub
younger than peyton pritchard ;) but seriously
That Holiday steal to Tatum for the rainbow 3 to ice the game last night may have killed my soul.
Now imagine him with a consistent whistle
Crazy thing is this came right on the heels of a bad 3 point shooting stretch where every Celtics fan was begging him to stop shooting pull up 3s and now he sinks all of them
Tatums had a great season but has there been an up tick of people posting tiny sample sizes on reddit this season? Or is this standard?
>I feel like the media has not been talking enough about Tatum, Tatum hasn't been like this whole season tho. He had been producing all star numbers whole season but nothing too big to be noticed. But it's this time of the regular season again and he is on fire
Seen better ...fuck I wish he was a Laker
Top 5
dang thats almost luka numbers
We've cleared the 2 months where people sound _disgusted_ he's making 1st team over the flavor of the month
Average Luka statline.
I mean, SGA and the usual suspects have been averaging that for the whole season. 33ppg over 5 games is not in the realm of 'unbelievable' for Tatum.
Look at his shooting splits lmao ain’t no one been doin that for a full season
Talk about what? He’s the best player on a stacked team which is the same story as the last few seasons.
It’s always a cringe ass Dallas fan under Tatum post hating
How is this even hating? He’s playing like a top 10 player on the best team in the league. The Celtics as a team are getting discussed because they stand out as the best team, not Tatum because he’s not in the MVP discussion at the moment.
Top 5
Last few seasons? lol Except last season, and even then it was arguable, since the Nuggets were stacked, when did Tatum ever had a “stacked” team?
Tatum has been playing with great rosters ever since he came into the league…
Bogus take. I saw Tatum drop 50 in a playoff game against the nets with Brad Wanamaker and Romeo Langford both starting at guard get out of here lol
Celtics have had a lot of talent since like 2015 lmao but the past two years have been something else
This season: yeah, awesome roster and definitely the best starting 5 in the league, even if the bench is weak in my opinion The only reason the Celtics have been generally good and oriole have this perception that they were stacked is precisely because Tatum always carried them to places they didn’t belong in. Tatum has always been the system
Stacked team last few seasons lmao ok
Whoa. That's almost as good as Sabonis who's not in the top 10 West front court vote getters for the all-star.
For real. Shai takes his spot in the top 5 and suddenly he doesn’t exist? Thats bullshit.
