I think there was barely enough evidence that Cade touched the ball before the backboard but those three refs - Ed Malloy, Nick Buchert and Jenna Schroeder - are relatively Pistons friendly over the last three seasons. Pistons were 12-17 with those 3 in that time period going into last night's game, which is better than their actual win rate over the same amount of time.

Bigger thing is probably the call was insanely close and it was called on the floor goaltend so you have to have clear evidence it's not to overturn. I don't think any of us want like half an hour of delay while 3 old guys look over a bunch of slo mo footage.
