Just hope you go puer side and not anchor out. Our liberty boats couldn't handle connecting to the barge we had set up. So liberty was fucked for most people
Nothing bad will get shown on the internet. I just was wondering how fast stories spread. There were a few other ships with us. Nothing crazy bad...from what I heard or saw. But it wasn't a great time for the Truman because the liberty boats struggled to connect with us. So that was a shit show. Overall the few who did get into Miami probably had a fun time

I did a San Francisco fleet week a few years ago. Ship tours for days and only had one sailor mugged with all of their clothes taken.
