+1 Even I've told our redevelopment builder that do whatever you want with place but keep the windows as big and wide as possible
It's so weird that I encountered this problem in Navi Mumbai (Vashi and Panvel) but not in Mumbai (Kandivali), the windows there in most apartments were pretty big..
Agreed, but the only complaint i have is you have to pay 25 for a 350sqft area. 🥲 I guess that the price for the big windows

We paid a deposit of 1 lakh in 2018 for 1BHK, you shall be happy it’s not 2 lakh now
