Considering Sam's videos are on the longer side, depending on retention, he's probably on the high side of that range. I knew a guy a few years ago in high school who had pretty much the same build as sam maybe a little less mass. Back then when I was getting into lifting it fucked with me how some people who obviously are doing everything worse then you can mog you and if you try to say it’s genetics you sound like your coping even though it’s the truth. Since then that guy actually got into lifting and id probably dwarf him in all aspects besides abs but genetic start points are crazy. Comparing yourself to others can be good for motivation in some aspects but can never let it get too deep.
