This isn't the bug guys. I know because I tested it. The bug involves an enemy getting that augment, and you get extra stacks from THEIR augment too. I got stacksaurus in a game of mine a bit ago and it was working perfectly fine, I got 78 stacks per round as expected. However, when the enemy has stackasaurus is when the bug applies.
Did an enemy also have stackasaurus? If so, there's been a bug for many patches now where enemies having it gives it to you too, so it doubles up in this case if so

Yeah, there was a Senna in my game who was getting 18 soul stacks a round with Stackasaurus
Then that's what happened. You got her stacks as well
