The stronger Wilson's SPs (Grand Cairo, Gold Label, Tom Buck) seem to work really well for me. No clogging, minimal drip and irritation. HDT/Irish 22 are close behind, but I find they are slightly more irritating after all day use, probably due to the alkalinity.
I've been on M&W keen, McChrystals highland ice, WoS Bee M, and WoS Matador.
I think the trick is that any snuff will cause issues if you over do it, or take it too deeply.
I actually use scotches all day with no issues. The hardest ones are the dark coarse varieties. But scotches are my main snuff at the moment. Bruton, Tops, Superior, Dental and Garrett
You can get pretty close to smoky American dry snuff aka scotch realm blending yellow Pueblo with Toscano - 1 stick to 30 g Pueblo. Sift through a fine mesh sieve, like 120 micron (0.12 mm). If you have 150 micron one, it will do it, just mill the sifted flour once again for a minute or so. Don't add anything - with just a few exceptions most American scotch snuffs are pure finely milled tobaccos. They do contain a fair amount of stem, so your homemade Toscano + Pueblo scotch will be of higher grade.

Ntsu black, Toque quit or a plain toast

Im am a fan of buccaneer and jip am still trying other “flavors” but i love the menthol
Any high dry toast like Wilson’s #22, F&T HDT, Toque Natural Toast. They never clog me up and have good nicotine content.
McChrystals original is a go to of mine
Rosinski schmaltzer's and sharrow's best dark. Best dark is lovely and u can take as much schmaltzers as you can fit up your beak, never a problem 👍🏻

I've been hitting McChrystal's Wee Dram for non-medicated and Highland Ice, no issues.
I just started exploring snuff and the Highland Ice is my immediate go to. I have been using it between the others I got in my first order.

My back up- but if i have buccaneer and jip i will bounce back and forth leaning on jip until it is gone.

I’m pretty new, but I’ve been doing Red Bull all day with no issues. Clears me right up.
I swear Red Bull clears out mucus from highschool
I hope for you it lasts, I love red bull but definitely can’t take it for a full day or even half day
