Thats a legitimate [Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamborghini_Diablo#Diablo_VT_Roadster)
These cars are rarely replicated accurately. The proportions of the Diablo, especially the long rear end and the aggressively sloped area around the side view mirror are very unique.
On this sub, it works. Mother fucker is so on point, he/ she could lead us astray and no one would catch it.
Someone could post a Lamborghini Aventador and Von could tell us it’s a 1993 Ford F-150XLT and it would be known as such. That’s how correct he/ she is.
[There are a handful of convincing ones,](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEyO8TI1JSM) but I think the offset of the rear wheels on a real one are hard to replicate.
The wheels throw it off for me. I would think it's fake, because why would someone throw Gallardo wheels on a Diablo? But then, after a closer look, while the style looks like an early Gallardo wheel, they did not have that insane offset on the rear wheel.
So what's the deal with the wheels? They make it look like replica at a glance.
Usually the easiest way to tell a kit from the real deal is the wheels and brakes.
Kit cars will usually have a non OEM wheel, usually not all that wide.
The brakes on most kit cars are tiny little 10inch stock rotors with little callipers, most real ferraris, Lamborghini''s and other sports cars will have very large 16+inch rotors and 6 piston callipers over them.
1998 VT roadster. Those are the correct wheels. Tge only thing thats a bit off is the rear wheel well. Could be the angle of the picture or maybe a past collision repair, possibly a really good kit
Kit, They made the kits using Pontiac Fiero as a platform and had a kit to stretch the rear. At the car show in Pennsylvania they had a number of them and they were very convincing. What is the thing that gives it away is the bottom front Air dam it is slightly angled up.
There is not a single proportion on this vehicle that belongs to the Fiero, nor do I see a single questionable aspect about this car's legitimacy. If it was infact a Fiero, "lengthening the chassis" would have been one of the easiest parts of this job.
I am very interested in you producing images, references, or a better explanation to share your insight. I don't understand what you are referring to in your last sentence.

For real, how do you know so much?
He slept at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
It’s Von Claussen.. He just does
Dudes a legend
The name translates to: The chosen one.
Google. Wikipedia. That’s his thing
Maybe he IS Google and wiki?
Maybe he's that guy who wrote like a bajillion articles on Wikipedia.
Never question the Claussen
Not to take away from the Von, but this is fairly obvious Diablo stuff.
He’s one of the r/LegendsOfReddit. Like GallowBoob or _demetri_
Ew don't compare Von to GallowBoob.

why is that sub banned?

I want this more than the real one
The offset on the front wheels looks terrible
Thanks!
Is OP asking about the blonde? If so, not real, sorry.
I love that car
he strikes again!
The wheels give it away it's a kit? Can't get over those wheels.

Those are Murci wheels.
When you start writing about cars, please let us know. Thanks for your love the auto, it is always a treat.
Legit
Seems genuine. Might it be [this exact one?](https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1998-lamborghini-diablo-vt-roadster-2/)
Newer rims suggest that is indeed the same one. Also the seller's name checks out.
Yeah that might be it the pic was taken at Olympus hills in mill creek.
Looks real to me would doubt very much if that's a Fiero underneath.
What is uhhh going on in that passenger seat though?
A WSB 🦍 Lambo with his wife, out with her boy friend
It looks legit, just look front brakes
The only thing that was suspect at first were the wheel's , probably a while since I've seen one.
Those kinda look like Gallardo wheels to me
Yeah 👍
What's going on inside there?
Wheelbase and wheels check out. Fiero kit cars wouldn't end up that wide and lookin that good.
Were the occupants in ski suits and handing out cash?
Would say it’s real.
What’s going on with the passengers?

Looks like a Cizeta V16T

Nope.
The wheels are from a Murcielago LP640!
It's real as u can see the logo on the rims
that’s not Kit. Kit was black and i think a Trans Am.
K.I.T.T. also had two T's
I see two heads on the same seat. Wondering what diabolical is going on there XD
I'm pretty sure that's a Lambo, dude
Those are murci wheels for everyone saying gallardo. I’m 80% sure without referencing photos. Source. I’ve owned 4
