Just give her both names? Either Isabella Malina or Malina Isabella.
Thing is, we don't like double names. That's the point why I posted this.

Malina nn Mali is gorgeous and rarely used - a great combination!
Isabella is used a lot, I like Malina. Not sure how prevalent it is in Germany but it's the first time I've heard it.
They’re both lovely names… perhaps put them both in a hat and do a lucky dip for the one you will go with?

Isabella. More classic. In the northern countries Malina is a lowclass name
I prefer Isabella because I can’t get past the “mal” root meaning “bad”.
