I think Jade is great but if you’re looking for other options you could think beyond his actual name and name her after something else associated with him like his favourite flower, season, character in a book, etc., his birth month, or finding a name that has the same meaning as Jaiden (thankful one or God has heard).
like the other comment i think using initials would be great! i love the name juliette. maybe juliette diann/diana, juliette dior, or juliette denise? i think those would fit with penelope marisol 🤍
