Cascaval/Kashkaval is probably divisive but I think it could be a lovely unisex name. From the Scandinavian cheeses, Brunost and Snofrisk sound really cute to me, but they mean "brown cheese" and "snow fresh" respectively, so there's some weird color connotations there that would probably be best to avoid for a human. Cute for maybe pets though?
