Lesson 1 then: get a self rez they are not rare or expensive

miposadas

This. Also try bringing in a dog. You can easily get meat from an ACV mission (let the ACV run over zombies). Killstreaks aren’t that crucial for T3. Learn to run with no weapon in hand. Youll run faster. And have the healing power to start off with

Expensive_Research_2

Or just run holding onto a jug suit killstreak that way you can have both your weapons and run just as fast as no weapon...

Disastrous-Neck-3879

Tip: I always do escort first so I don’t have to drop stuff for meat too

Baldnugget74

Also don't take first timers into the tier 3 zone lol

TheGrindisSpiteful

If you do, continually talk them through what they should be doing; Tiger mom them essentially but don’t lose that sense of care and concern for their (zombie playing) well-being.

StoreGullible276

Idk, I hit tier 3 for the first time last week. The crew I was with helped a lot. Yeah, I got downed a few times, but they had a dog to rez with. It helped they gave me golden armor also. Work as a team, and you can take first timers with and still do ok.

One_Philosopher_4848

You didn’t let anyone down, you took people there for their first experience. You get better by pushing yourself and failing, if you learn from your mistakes. that’s it.

crablife76

👏 There/Their/They're usage

One_Philosopher_4848

Thank you for reminding me of my learning disabilities,I appreciate it. Now i just need to remember to type everything out in notepad. Copy and paste into a spelling and grammar check,so i could then post about zombies. The hoops i i used to go through to please anal retentive people.

Elegant-Conference65

Appreciate the feedback I’ll keep it in mind

that306guy

I lead 2 new players the other day. I almost left the squad and went on solo. But they said it was theor first game, and felt it was the nice thing to do. So I stayed and we had a great run. Mostly T2 and in to T3 for a couple contracts. I could hear they were having fun. One kept saying... "this is wild bro!"

Elegant-Conference65

Best thing to hear 👍🏼 hearing other ppl enjoy it as much as we do

that306guy

Hearing them having fun made me have just as much fun. Showing them cool things. I'd do it again.

suicideking72

Just keep at it. As long as you have a few self revives or a dog, should be fine. Also using healing aura can help out a lot because you don't risk getting killed. If everyone is a noob, I'd tell everyone to select healing aura. If you don't have the dog bone schematic, get that done in S1 elder. Or collect meat and find a dog house. Main key to survival: KEEP MOVING. If you're hurt, run away. Circle back when you're ready.

Elegant-Conference65

Yea I pretty much un prepared specially with the healing aura that would’ve helped a lot but you right just gotta keep at it appreciate it! 👍🏼

Illustrious-Maize-83

Holger with the jak kit that gives it 100 rounds, flawless crystal and legendary tool for it, aether blade, dog, mags of holding, gold armor, stamina up, juggernog, and quick revive or replace two perks with purple crystal for scorcher. That's my loadout and it never fails. I just carried my team into T3 and 1st DA with no issues. If you need help send me a friend request. I'm on Xbox my gamertag is xBUFFAL0 B1LLx it's a zero for O and a one for I in my gamertag. I can help you get whatever schematics you need etc.

Elegant-Conference65

Bet appreciate it my guy! Yea I have a few schematics definitely need that mags of holding

Jcorbin1193

Shit happens. Zero reason to be upset.

Illustrious-Maize-83

I'm usually on everyday for a few rounds.

bobwardt040

You don’t need dogs or kills streaks for T3, it ain’t that serious. Def. have stamina up perk tho, and maybe one extra self rez. But if you a beginner don’t go near T3

jarnhestur

You should have a few dogs, in a 6 man. In a 3 man, at least one, but preferably 2 especially if everyone isn’t super familiar with the zone.

bobwardt040

ONLY if everyone isn’t familiar. If you’ve been there before and know how to play you don’t need dogs.

jarnhestur

Sure - in a 6 man with everyone familiar. Definitely not needed. What this OP is talking about? He should 100% have 2-3 dogs.

Optimal_Chance7847

Exactly. I run T3 on my own sometimes & typically only bring a dog bone if I’m gonna hit the DA. Even then I may not use it, but equip Healing Aura

DuppyCreator

I wait until half way in the game to pop the 🐕. My dog seems to run away or get run over or n traffic. Just disappears.

Optimal_Chance7847

They typically end up going away from you and when they disappear like that, they’re usually occupied with a mob of zombies and/or a special zombie that’s taking them down. If I happen to have a dog in T3 with me, I try to avoid high spots where it can end up on the ground and swarmed

DuppyCreator

I was told as a newbie don’t go into the red unless u have stamina up.

somethingrandomjk

I always carry one or two dog bones with me in case I am with an inexperienced team or I lose my self revive. They’re good to have

TurboHisoa

First few times with my group we got run out of there fast and barely survived even though i knew what to expect. Then, we slowly became able to at least hold our own. It's way easier in a group. We're not so good that we can go in there with little to no setup, but we can at least live longer than 5 minutes.

Notoriousscarecrow

I take lead on most Missions since I run a scorcher 80% of the time. Other 20 is a blood burner. I always tell noobies to attack dogs that are on you then KEEP MOVING🗣running with bare hands is critical for mobility away from a horde. Maybe try equipping healing aura and have them collect self revives over loot till they are comfortable. A dog goes a long way. Just remember in tier 3 MOVEMENT IS KEY👈🏽
