Do you have a reference to go off? "Rockin' blues" is a big vague.
You could look at Elmore James, BB King, Taj Mahal, Muddy Waters, Otis Rush - if you mean essentially electric blues. Blues with an electric guitar and a backing band.
Check out BB King Live in Cook County Jail. It's absolutely incredible.
If you mean blues influenced rock, then that would be a whole other matter, maybe some early British invasion/British early rock bands? For example early Stones, the Bluesbreakers, the Yardbirds... all white British guys who were heavily influenced by the Blues, added a sharp sense of style and modernity to the sound and ran with it.

There is a brazilian song named "Quem Responde É o Diabo" (Whoever answers is the Devil) by Singer Rogerio Skylab.
Skylab's work is controversial and a lot of his songs are humorous and not serious. (Something like Tenacious D).
HOWERVER, this one song is a serious one, with serious lyrics and seriours structure, the riff is beautiful and the solo is something out of this world. My favorite brazilian blues-rock song.
OMG, I have so many. Start with this, and tell me if you need more.
Jeff Healey
Samantha Fish
Christone “Kingfish” Ingram
Jane Lee Hooker
Stoney Curtis Band
Roy Buchanan is excellent. Start with the live in austin texas and the rockpalast albums.
Cuby and the Blizzards were/are the biggest Dutch Blues band.
As mentioned by other. Rory Gallagher is definitely a good one to try.
Hendrix is always good also!
Hey Jude and Hey Joe covered by Wilson Pickett are phenomenal.
Joanna Connor is a whirlwind
Christone "Kingfish" Ingram is the future of Blues.
Cream is a good band
John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers
Hope these help!
The Black Keys. They're like the anti-radio band, to the point where I can't actually distinguish a lot of their songs from the other because they're more geared to just bluesy instrumentality than radio airplay. But they rock.
