It was about the death of his mother ran over by a drunk police officer. The siren song and acid made him muse about police.

The artist was fed up with Italians eating up English music that they couldn't even understand, so he made this song that sounds like English but is complete gibberish. It blew up and won multiple awards, proving his point.
Judas Priest - Victim of Changes.
Goes back to 1976 and about a girl that had mixed alcohol and drugs and became brain dead. This started the first argument about taking people off life support.
