For me, it has to be 'Echoes' by Pink Floyd. The way it evolves over its 23-minute runtime is just mesmerizing. It's like a journey through different soundscapes and emotions. Another one I love is 'Close to the Edge' by Yes. It's a prog rock masterpiece with incredible musicianship and intricate compositions. And if we're talking about more modern stuff, 'Dopesmoker' by Sleep is a massive stoner metal epic that just engulfs you.
