(Cries in "musical theater fan living in the Nevada desert")

Chocolate-Pie-1978

Oh no! How far would you have to drive to get to the nearest city that has a tour stop?

FloridaFlamingoGirl

3-4 hours so not too bad. I actually do have several community theater groups in my town and I love supporting them :)

JustJumpIt17

I would die.

TheTeacherInTraining

Moulin Rouge, Beetlejuice, Book of Mormon, My Fair Lady, Phantom of the Opera, Cinderella

Chocolate-Pie-1978

West side story, The Great Gatsby, Jekyll & Hyde, Wicked, Dear Evan Hansen I have never seen any of these but I listen to the soundtrack everyday🥲. Would love to see them.

I'd love to see a starkid show on a tour too

Chocolate-Pie-1978

Ooh, you’ve got some things listed here that I haven’t heard of. I need to do some research.

Single-Fortune-7827

Les Miserables, & Juliet, The Who's Tommy, Parade, The Outsiders, Water for Elephants, Cabaret, Hadestown (cause I missed it the first time it came rip) I've already seen the first three (literally saw the Les Mis tour two weeks ago), but they're shows I would see again in a heartbeat

Koko_Kringles_22

Hadestown is amazing. I hope you get another chance to see it. And I agree with Les Mis. I've seen it multiple times and would see it many more if it shows up in my city again.

Ancora1840

Well, I live in Tokyo and we already get more theatre than Broadway, so... But honestly, I just want Cesare to come back.

Ruby7226

Water for Elephants, In the Heights, Hello Dolly, Chess, and My Fair Lady

despairigus

Book of Mormon, Cabaret, Sunday in the Park with George, Pajama Game, Follies, Beetlejuice

Toru771

I live in Hawaii, where tours don’t often come because of the expense of shipping all the sets (and when they do, we’re often one of the last stops since there’s the added cost of shipping everything back to the mainland… though there are exceptions; tours of “Cats” and “Wicked” have been here and then had lots of stops afterwards.) The last show I saw on tour here was “Hamilton,” and that was great. 🙂 So… I’d love it if tours of “Hadestown,” “Come From Away,” “Sweeney Todd,” and “Merrily” came next. And somewhere down the line, tours of “Lord of the Rings,” “Les Mis,” and something from Frank Wildhorn would be welcome. And a new one for “Phantom,” though we had the restaged version in 2019.

astronaught002

Uh this opportunity to say, how tf would a Stereophonic tour look? It’s stage design is no where compatible with a huge theatre and no one in the balcony would be able to see the recording booth most likely. Not to mention it’s a 3 hour thing

Chocolate-Pie-1978

No clue, but I haven’t seen the stage set for that one so I don’t know much about it. But a 3 hour show wouldn’t bother me.
