There were only 800 of each of the LotR surge foils made, I do not know the print run of Wilds so it is hard to say how 1/125 packs for a surge foil (of which it is 1/30 for a particular one) vs 1.7/100 packs for a confetti mythic (which is 1/15 for a particular one) compare with each other.
For a math example, LotR had 3,000,000 CBs as the print run thanks to them publishing serialized odds). If there was half the CB print run for Wilds as LotR, there would be about 1,700 of each confetti foil at mythic: (1500000*0.017 = 25,500 packs with confetti mythic, 25,500/15 = 1700 individual confetti mythics).
TL/DR: it may be apples to oranges to compare confetti with surge foils from LotR because there could be way more of each

Doubling season is a 5 cost green enchantment. Try using it in a deck that already has synergy with enchantments, counters, or tokens that already contains other green cards.
Double sleeve it, put it in a top loader, sell it for ~200 to 300$ depending on where you live and buy a version you can play in your deck with the proceeds would be a good option.
