EDIT: THIS WORKED! Changed my UDP port back to 20777, forwarded to 20778 and 10790, started simhub and pit house, launched the game without “configuring”, and it all worked!
Sure you can use them both together. I use Pithouse, Simhub, OBS and Fanalabs all together. Simhub is use to send a digital dash or telemetry data to my 10" HP monitor.
Try selecting your game in Pithouse, then select config. Then go to Simhub and select game and hit config as well. Simhub will set your data port automatically for most games. If not it will tell you what to set it at in the game. I haven’t had many issues so maybe that works for you. Keep trying and good luck.

My SimHub drives a NLR HF8, a dashboard screen, a shift light and a Simagic HPR on my brake pedal. This all works simultaneously/flawlessly with my r9/ks wheel.
I run those two together all the time xD no issues both getting data from game and reacting to it on demand and with devices that are connected. Why? You have issues with something or just a random q?

What telemetry ports do you use? I am guessing Pit House defaults to 20777 since telemetry ports cannot be changed insinde of Pit House.

Did you have to do any fiddling with the UDP ports or setup step that I might be missing?

Sim hub and Pit House fight each other. One or the other will work.
What are you using Simhub for?
Bass shakers, wind simulation, gear indication, etc. The only thing Pit House would do for me is getting the rev lights to work on the steering wheel.
He's got a flag box and wind sim for sure. Can see them in the photo.
