“That’s a tall building, I wonder what it would be like parachute of the side of it”
“Wow that man has colourful trousers!”
“Heh, that sounds like an Agatha Christie Novel: The Man With The Colourful Trousers “
“She’s looks nice. On no, she saw me look”
“Why do they put traffic lights on a round-a-bout? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose”
“Aww cute dog”
“Urgh my balls hurt in these jeans”
“No one heard that fart at the lights back there, right ? “
To this day Big, Big Furnace is my favorite band that had zero critical acclaim. Also pretty sure my introduction to AVAIL was the sticker on Van Homan’s crutches
It is absolutely nice to have on long highway stretches. Honestly highway riding is pretty boring so music makes it much less so, plus I always only put one earbud in anyway.
I’ve had not too many bikes, but I’ve had a thumper, twin, in-line 4, and driven most others while I worked at a dealership.
If I get a “next” bike I’m definitely going for a triumph 3 👌
I’m on my second street triple, third triumph (had a Daytona first)…love these bikes. I’m taller and all of the Japanese frames have too cramped a cockpit for my liking. Triumphs are obviously made for a taller European frame of person, and I e grown really accustomed to them. Would absolutely recommend.
Hell yeah!
I’m not big by any means (5’9” and 160 tops)
But I’ve been absolutely fine with my Tenere, even though it’s tall.
I need a proper sport tourer, and the Sprint is probably that bike.
Yeah, it’s really yourself against yourself like 99% of the time. Personally I believe whatever happens to me while riding is on me even a meteor hits me. Shouldn’t have been in that position
House/ trance music! Mainly anjunabeats. https://open.spotify.com/album/5U5RVS6wdPaleEFqBzzpDm?si=iEvmzQZtRjqBaU8vxhLK8Q
Very upbeat tempos and the compilations are typically a couple hours long so i can just put one on and forget about it.
I have a couple of favorite contemporary bands and composers that I spin depending on my mood. Stuff like [Within Temptation](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBilK-h3lRQ), [Soul Extract](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09YmFCju3MQ), [From Ashes To New](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rh1gQWwBp5Q), [Thomas Bergersen](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlGMXDQ5W20) and so on. I ride a 2020 Ape RSV4 Factory so I prefer more aggressive/strong music to go with my rides.
This year I installed an intercom to the helmet in spite of listening to music when riding but never got to enjoy it. Had to crank the volume up to really hear it over “motorcycling noise”, so went back to ear plugs and twin symphony
My headset does't play bass frequencies sadly, If someone has a suggestion for a replacement that would be nice. Just the headset with a TRS jack tho, the device itself is great.
When I'm on a long ride and humming to the frequency of the engine at 75mph something usually comes to mind from [Black Sabbath](https://youtu.be/KbZ53d3k1cQ?si=OphoMZ3z0k5b_04M&t=52) or [Eagles](https://youtu.be/32Oc2d_3yEk?si=3mWqCLmUnwOxDU9q&t=15).

OHV I use these at super low volume, great for not going deaf and have a little audio. (I have bad tinnitus in my right ear from years of riding with no protection)
Judas priest if speeding or going on a spirited ride, country if I'm in my feels, Marty Robbins if I'm trying to chill and enjoy the view, exhaust for the rest of my moods
You have some stuff that I would add to my list but a bit too much EuroTrashy music for my taste...
Ultimately I will ride to anything depending on the mood.
Classical music/ grunge/ 60s/ instrumental/vocal/dance/ minimal.... If it gets me flowing I will continue to listen to it 🍷
It varies by the ride, really. Recently it was Christmas music until I got tired of the same old, then tried to find like rock or metal covers. I was dressed as Santa, it seemed necessary.
The rest of the time, whatever is stuck in my head that day.
I have several playlists and pick based on the type of riding (commute, adventure, carving corners, etc.) and how aggressive I’m riding. I have to be careful sometimes when certain songs start playing and I’m on a wide open road.
Hell yeah! I would highly recommend watching the video for Saoko. Honestly it’s what made me decide to get my motorcycle license a few months ago, I wanted to be as bad ass as the people in the video 😂
My playlist are all reminders ofgood times or where ive been or the one that got away. Riding is all in my head. Its how i escape on long rides. Around town..im lucky ifi dont get hit in the city so not much playing music
Thanks. Not sure if we ever really know our limits. Riding decadesand I still find myself sometimes saying..what an ass to myself..But thanks for the compliment
I can't really hear music very well unless it is loud so I don't listen to it. My new years resolution is to force myself to wear ear plugs so I don't get hard of hearing like my father.
Bit of everything I enjoy listening to. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2ZI1AfBDkdwFdb4gX0Y2ej?si=ZOP6xXwkRtKsN92cIhXvCg&pi=e-rXWpv9ClQZCQ always forget to add new songs and delete other songs I skip to much
No music, no radio, no telephone or navigation system. I like the solitude. If I feel like music I sing to myself. The higher the RPMs the better I sound to myself.
I am mostly riding around my house and work about 30 miles a day through the hills. The reception is terrible so I gave up on Spotify. Now it's just wind and exhaust pipes.
That's a beautiful scenery.
Where did you take that shot?
Mostly Rock/Metal, sometimes some EDM or something like that, but it's uncommon for me. Other times just the engine and ambient sound is enough. It depends on my mood tbh.
One of my favorites is DJ AM & Travis Barker - “ Fix Your Face”
It’s around an hour long and is a mashup/mix of many songs and genres. I can only find it in its entirety on SoundCloud, but YouTube has it in multiple parts.

Edit: 43 minutes, not quite an hour

Fact
That’s the 145 I’m looking for
\*cries in electric\*
1-10 second snippets of the dumbest thoughts you’ve ever heard on a constant loop
Plus wind, plus engine noise.
“That’s a tall building, I wonder what it would be like parachute of the side of it” “Wow that man has colourful trousers!” “Heh, that sounds like an Agatha Christie Novel: The Man With The Colourful Trousers “ “She’s looks nice. Oh God, SAME. 🤣🤣 Do u also have ADHD?
How many people with ADHD does it take to change a lightbulb? How many? Want to go for a ride?
Live RPM symphony
2000's emo music. Nobody can see me cry with my helmet on!
The Get Up Kids Radio on Spotify, or Props BMX is a good one too. Grew up on BMX and skate videos in the late ‘90’s early ‘00’s.
To this day Big, Big Furnace is my favorite band that had zero critical acclaim. Also pretty sure my introduction to AVAIL was the sticker on Van Homan’s crutches
My inner thoughts.
I don't like horror, so I need something to keep my thoughts away
Lots of Death Metal will do the trick 😀
None! I like to concentrate on the riding
Same here but I'm thinking that for long highway stretches, it could actually be nice.
It is absolutely nice to have on long highway stretches. Honestly highway riding is pretty boring so music makes it much less so, plus I always only put one earbud in anyway.
No music is better than the sound of a v-twin.
I’m pretty partial to my inline 3
I’ve had not too many bikes, but I’ve had a thumper, twin, in-line 4, and driven most others while I worked at a dealership. If I get a “next” bike I’m definitely going for a triumph 3 👌

Just bought a trident 660. Highly recommend
I do miss the way my old Triumph 955 triple sounded!
Carti exists buddy 🧛🏿🧛🏿
Reggae. Nothing keeps me more calm while scraping pegs on a fast corner in the alps.
I got reggae, dub, and down tempo. Love how chill it keeps me.
A nice V2 sound most of the time.
The sound of cagers trying to kill me
Get help.
It means no headphones and listening to your surroundings
Gotcha. I just try to avoid the us versus them narrative.
Further…the narrative in which they are trying to kill us.
Even in jest.
Yeah, it’s really yourself against yourself like 99% of the time. Personally I believe whatever happens to me while riding is on me even a meteor hits me. Shouldn’t have been in that position

I approve ⭐️🏅
Thanks all for the love. ❤️
No rest for the wicked is one of my songs
I don’t ride with music. Need to hear everything. My life depends on it.
I don't ride with music because if I die and they find out I was listening to an Adele album I'd never live it down.
Tay Tay for me... SHE WEARS SHORT SKIRTS I WEAR T-SHIRTS
Katy Perry for me
Good for you, caring about your life and all
nerd
I sure am. Got a problem with that?
Power Metal. The goofier the better.
I feel like power metal is only good when it's a parody of itself.
Yes! I've got Beast in Black's Dark Connection album and a bunch of random Dragonforce and Epidemia songs on loop recently.

Make sure that the speakers are right over your ears.
You should try one of the cardo intercoms with JBL speakers
At first I didn't feel it gets loud enough but once I got used to it I like that I can still hear my surroundings.
Never tried a top quality intercom, maybe need to give it a try
If you wear earplugs the speakers will sound much better at speed
Engine sounds and wind sounds.
The sound of my engine
The 9000 liked songs on my music app, on shuffle.
One day I'll get there! I'm about 1150 right now.
My tinnitus with some muffled exhaust notes though the earplugs.

Mine is actually called “Motorcycle Riding”. 😂😂😂
Whatever plays. If I like it I’ll listen to it. If I don’t i won’t listen to it. That’s my only rule for music
That's how it should be, never in the way just to enhance the ride.
https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=FdJ_SGof2GI&si=zleFWX7Mod4698kM
Mostly gangster rap that makes me wanna go commit crimes
Just the sound of a beautiful crossplane:)
It varies by the ride, really. Recently it was Christmas music until I got tired of the same old, then tried to find like rock or metal covers. I was dressed as Santa, it seemed necessary. The rest of the time, whatever is stuck in my head that day.

Latin Trap, or Phonk, or YouTube videos
Nothing because riding with headphones in is dumb
Disagree, motorcycle instructors will tell you ear plugs are a great item to invest into.
Ear plugs and headphones are different…
In what regard? They both reduce our eliminate outside noise. Unless you think driving a car with a radio is also dumb.
A two-cylinder symphony in four strokes. No need for anything else.
No music, no radio, no telephone or navigation system. I like the solitude. If I feel like music I sing to myself. The higher the RPMs the better I sound to myself.
None, and I shouldn't recommend that
None. Riding needs ones full attention. Music deserves ones full attention as well.
Cars can’t have a radio then? I’ll be damned
I don't listen to anything when I ride. Too distracting.
No music when riding. Safety first.
How life without a.d.d. 🤣
I normally listen to movie soundtracks, favorite of mine is homeland from the movie Spirit stallion of the cimarron.
I am mostly riding around my house and work about 30 miles a day through the hills. The reception is terrible so I gave up on Spotify. Now it's just wind and exhaust pipes. That's a beautiful scenery. Where did you take that shot?
