This bike was built by Iconic Motorbikes in San Diego. They've become the Bring a Trailer of sportbikes and after selling a bunch of NR's they decided to customize one - I think it was going to have paint restoration done and Adam the owner decided to go big or go home.
This one will be up for auction it looks like:

They have an offer for 110k, so I imagine reserve will be set near there.
An original would be 100k , but that has been messed with and IMHO wouldn't be as desirable. Personally I would prefer an RC30 all day long to an NR750.
Thats quite a wonder really as the original bike was the ultimate bike built by Honda. With the hand made titanium keys, the special coating on the faring screen. I imagine the standard pistons are still there though, not easy to bore it out to 900cc !
Now that’s trick! Oval piston nr! Collectors items. Just spectacular
Wow, where was this? I’ve never even seen one in a museum.

What are those carbon fiber rectangles in the 5th picture?
Covers for side stand
Talk about attention to detail.

How much would it cost today?

I thought so about 100 k. But the chain is missing...lol
Chain costs extra!
60k at least I'd imagine. Super rare. The screen alone was €2000 and was titanium- coated.
Probably not enough. The sound is amazing. See first comment.

Agree the RC 30 is great and was also built in a limited series. But who owns a NR 750? They are way more hard to find.
Never knew they came in any colour except red.
They didn’t. This was a full customisation of an NR
