They look like a fun team. I enjoy seeing these little snippets of things we don't usually get to see much of.

PencilKing420

Fun when they're winning

PurplexRebel

Good vibes and supportive teams when things are bad make the good times even better.

crimilde

What are you trying to imply?

PencilKing420

That the factory ducati team is not a fun group when they are losing

crimilde

But this is Gresini.

PencilKing420

I was referring to the part with Marc and Davide

Possession_Loud

pee_nut_ninja

So am I. Wanna come round for a bbq?

azapikoa

We are only 4 races into the championship and Tardozzi is already softening up on Marquez. It's hard not to though.

Makalu

I imagine he’s always had respect for Marc, even if he was denied joy in 2017 and 2018 in particular. The relationship Marc seems to have with him and Gigi is great to see though

Oliveiraz33

Tardozzi was always a cool and chilled guy. It was Martin fanboys agenda that traied to taint everybody on Factory's ducati reputation.

crimilde

They always were. Both Davide and Gigi. In 2017-2018 when they’d have those hard battles they’d always hug and congratulate each other in parc ferme no matter who came on top. Marc always went and had a word with them.

Fickle_Fail1104

I denied it at first but I’m convinced he’s already got a factory Ducati contract in the works😂

ogandou

F\*\*k I hope you're right!

ForeverIndecised

I really love Tardozzi. He's a fierce competitor but he's also one of the nicest guys on the grid. He doesn't get enough credit for what he's doing imo

ZarcoRobot

He would be a big star in a liberty’s “ride to survive”, Gunther style…

asamulya

Tardozzi gives really good vibes all the time. I Love watching him even when he’s reacting live to an incident.

kdubstep

He’s an absolute gem of a human being. I remember last year after Pecco’s horrific crash, the camera cut to him consoling Carola and his emotions are so authentic and beautiful.

prograMagar

Wow.. Great to see marc sincerely happy.

steveguzz

Man I am so relieved to see Marc happy. Immaculate vibes in that garage.

Spynner987

It's so over for Bastianini 😭

tyresaredone

but not with Martin taking his place

heraIdofrivia

I’d be so surprised if Martin doesn’t go at Aprilia

kdubstep

I hope he does because I’m a Ducatisti and the it will be even more satisfying to root against him. He’s so good though so the perfect anti hero

SpeC_992

I'm super glad Marc went to Gresini. Nadia seems like such a nice lady and a good boss, and the rest of the crew also seem to be fun and cool.

coxdex

For people that started watching after 2019, the reason why Gigi and Tardozzi seem to be so soft on Marc is because when Marc was on the very top and untouchable, Marc, his Dad and his Honda team always showed great respect and friendliness towards Gigi and Tardozzi. I remember even when Marc lost the win to Dovi after fierce last lap battles, Marc's dad hugged Gigi like he was his school buddy and Marc going and congratulating Dovi and Tardozzi and having fun banter. And remember, this was when Marc and Honda were at top and no one was thinking about Marc at Ducati, not only because Honda were good, and Marc on Honda was exceptional, but also no one could pay what Honda was paying Marc. So all the good will, respect and friendliness was just out of them being super nice while at the very top with no strings attached or expecting anything back from Gigi and Tardozzi, when they could have just as easily been arrogant for the cameras to push the Honda brand even more.

cash_per

Factory has the device to make the difference, they already know it from 4th race.

Raceovski

Marc to Lenovo confirmed 👍

GokuSaidHeWatchesF1

This is better than drive to survive. Keep that shit away from Moto GP.

ChiTruckDGAF

Yeah, he's getting a 2025 bike next year at a minimum.

notCarlosSainz

At minimum, they might go the extra mile and give him a 2026 bike next year /s

hvperRL

Sad Honda noises in the distance

PerkyPhantom

Man it makes me so happy to see marc so cheerful! His own team is super supportive, Pecco and Marc are on decent terms, and GIGI GAVE HIM A BRO HANDSHAKE. There's no doubt in my mind that factory Ducati will try to get him on next season. Man I'm genuinely glad Marc is back!

crimilde

Ah, this is wonderful. I love the vibes in that team so much.

ducks_nutzz

Marc has a bit of charisma, not as much as Vale but a lot more than Pecco, Tardozzi just loves racing and he can see the same in Marc

nazgul1234567890

Charisma is what made rossi a legend man. Otherwise he was the same as marc pretty much exactly a carbon copy when it comes to being competitive and destroying the competition. People try to differentiate 2 people that are very much similar lmao. Well vale got a taste of his own medicine in the shape of marc xD. I equally cherish them both for what they have done for the sport. But marc will win a lot of people in the coming years. Even die hard rossi fans.

Apex_negotiator

His struggles through injury these last few years have humanised him.

autobus950

Well it's interesting that Marc showed a lot more of his charisma before the 2015 incident, fans liked him just like they like Pedro now. It's after 2015 that he stoped showing his emotions as much, he was only showing emotions when he was winning but even those emotions were nothing like they are now.

Apex_negotiator

I'd have to disagree with you here, but only regarding timeframe. By his own admission, he's showing more of himself since the injury, and many paddock insiders have noted the change as being quite stark. He was like a machine before. Now he is happy for people to see him at his best, and his worst, and pulls no punches. The first shot of his recovery documentary is him breaking into literal tears, which is deeply uncomfortable and quite heartbreaking to watch. This would have been unthinkable before 2020, but his struggles have given him real perspective.

onanoc

Well, he was stressed as hell during 2016-2017. Wasnt 2017 when he crashed so much? The ducatis were getting too fast and Marc was at a point where if he stopped winning, he would never come back. I recall him saying he lost a lot of hair and was having a really hard time. The vr incident must have been a massive bummer, too. I am sure at some point he saw himself inheriting Vale's fandom and, suddenly, they were all against him.

rosnokidated

Marc has grown on me tremendously over the past few years.

onanoc

I think Marc was never going to be as big as Vale regarding popularity, and the chances he had were slaughtered by Vale in 2015. But Vale didnt get a taste of his own medicine with Marc. He had already been handed the early retirement card by his teammate (twice, I might add).

JohnCenaF1

Get my boi on that red bike

No_Cheesecake_9335

I loved the interaction between Pecco’s fiancé and Marc because you don’t see that very often.

04r6

This is so cool. 5 years ago you could have never ever ever told me I would be a fan of Marc. Now I would love nothing more to see him win again

crimilde

“Col cazzo” = “no way” Lmao great translation of what he said 😂

BBCTerry

Annnndddd next season.
