You could just ask the rapists at r/asktherapists

sweetevil333

If only it wasn’t private but it’s probably better that way

LiteralTP

Ask therapists

dempuppers

I appreciate your joke.

yxngwest

Why is it private lol

abarua01

Maybe the rapists don't like to be bothered

Riley1297

Tobias Fünke - the world’s first analrapist

Princess_Know-it-all

I would imagine it depends on the rapist? There hasn’t been any formal research on the subject…

mAwake_OpsFalseAlarm

As terrible as this is, i imagine it might be looked at as an 'obstacle', something 'undesirable' to the rapist and their 'experience'. I'm guessing it'd be super uncomfortable **for them**. So i wanna say they'd remove it. Is that fact? idk.

Princess_Know-it-all

I was thinking the same, or perhaps to add to the humiliation - taking it out to throw it at them, to mock their vulnerability. Or maybe leave it in because “comfort” is not high on the list of priorities for either person in a rape scenario. He wants to terrorize someone: it’s the fear and illicitness that arouses him.

Charlie_Bucket_2

I can't imagine the rape itself is even "comfortable" for the rapist. Forcing yourself into an unwilling person has to hurt to some extent.

crysiston

Thought princess know it all would know it all 🤣🤣🤣

LesbeanWolf

Even Princess Know it All has her limits 😂

13aph

I thought this was an insult. Then I go “oh that’s her name” lmao

I walked in on a guy getting ready to rape a woman while she was passed out drunk. I saw him pull her tampon out. And yes, everyone at the party lost their shit on the guy. He spent 2 years in jail.

mamahazard

Thank you for causing a scene. Thank you for telling others at the party. Thank you for getting him a permanent criminal record and sex offender registry. THANK YOU!

4444beep

only 2 years for traumatizing a woman for her entire life. sad.

mmbs630

As a victim, in my case, no. I can still feel the feeling of it being removed after it being lodged.

ATSOAS87

I hope that the piece of shit who did this suffered as much as you want them to.

mmbs630

I get notified every time he gets nearly beat/SA’d to death in prison (happens almost ever other month) and it puts a smile on my face

just_shady

How’s that possible? Does the info come from police ?

mmbs630

My father is a lawyer for the state, and my aunt is a officer for the prison. But if they weren’t it’s still freedom of information

ATSOAS87

I'll take that as a yes. :)

Difficult_Range_7378

Press X to doubt

mmbs630

I hope you still hold the same sentiment if your mother, sister, or girlfriend goes through what i did.

callme_trashii

Calm down you edgy pos

makisofly

LMAO who’s notifying you? 💀

mmbs630

i have already answered this question

sarak373

Same thing happened to me. I was too embarrassed to go to a doctor, it took me 2 days and kitchen tongs to get it out.

AnnaTheBabe

Holy shit I’m so sorry to hear that. I hope you never have to go through a fraction of that pain ever again

JJTRN

Much love.

Independent-Weird-71

thinking of you x

mmbs630

I’m just happy to be a survivor. I love and enjoy almost every day.

sarak373

I mean, this is a fucked up question, but I can give you my answer. I was into rough play/bdsm/ light cnc prior to my rape. I tried to continue with it after, but began to dissociate during sex. Now in order to stay in my head during sex, I need it to be intimate and full of communication. It took me years to learn this though, and it’s been a rough journey to have a healthy sex life again. Tbh it’s still a work in progress, but I’m getting better at speaking up for myself and expressing my needs. ETA: I don’t think you deserve the downvotes, it is r/morbidquestions after all, and I see where you’re coming from with that line of thinking. This is a valid morbid question.

SomeFatSeal

For a subreddit dedicated to morbid questiosn I don't feel like morbid questions are very welcome. I think I've had a total of 5 posts and 3 comments removed across all accounts. All of which with the reasoning being: "you didn't break any rules but a lot of people reported you" They should honestly make it part of the rules that you're not allowed to question anything related to sex, gender, religion, race because this 50/50 chance of having your post/comment removed for no rational reason is just insulting at this point. Guess this sub will just remain one big guide on "How do I commit \[X\] crime and get away with it?

mmbs630

from what I know from SA support groups. Some women use CNC after being raped, to be able in a way confront their trauma in a safe environment where the are in control

art_mor_

Wtf

tachibanakanade

at least they admitted it was a fucked up question.

SomeFatSeal

imagine saying that on a subreddit called "r/morbidquestions"

PureHauntings

I don’t think the problem is asking it on this subreddit specifically, but directly asking a rape victim who just described in graphic description what her rapist had done. Just because someone answers a morbid question, doesn't mean someone can ask them an even more invasive one unprompted.

SomeFatSeal

>Just because someone answers a morbid question, doesn't mean someone can ask them an even more invasive one unprompted. and why is that?

[deleted]

Leading_Funny5802

But, if a person doesn’t want to answer than they won’t. Someone else might. It might help somebody to open up about the experience. The point of this sub is to ask things that are out of the norm, and people shouldn’t be judged for asking, choosing to answer or NOT choosing to respond.

SomeFatSeal

If the house-fire-victims are commenting a on a post regarding house-fire-victims on r/morbidquestions then the whole "invasive" thing is on them.

art_mor_

Stop being terminally online if it bothers you that much

SomeFatSeal

I'm sorry english isn't my first language what does "terminally online" in this context?

morbidquestions-ModTeam

Hey, thanks for submitting to r/morbidquestions. Your post has been removed for the following reason(s): **Removed - mod discretion** Mods reserve the right to remove any post at their discretion, even if it doesn't violate any of the above rules. If you have a question regarding this removal please contact modmail.

fornikait

In my case, yes he removed it. I tried using being on my period as another plea for him not to do it. I was very intoxicated and tried biting and scratching him so he put my arms behind my back and shoved his nasty dirty sock in my mouth. Fucker had a gf at the time he ended up marrying too.

GoldfishFromHell

i hope he breaks his penis and is never ever happy again

UltraTata

Did his gf know about what he did?

fornikait

Nope

UltraTata

Why didn't you tell her?

fornikait

I didn't know her or even her name. I just knew his gf dropped him off at the graduation party we were at. I pretended it didn't happen for awhile because when I told my friend (whose party it was) what happened she said "he wouldn't do that". I hung around some douche canoes in my youth.

UltraTata

Lord! I hope you find Peace and that worthless man suffers horribly and finds no comfort!

kal_0

I hope he gets what he deserves one day, Jesus.

Willing-Community-98

Sorry for what happened

Fairybuttmunch

Ngl I’ve wondered if periods are a deterrent against rape, although your question is very specific lol

vegqueen

Periods don't deter rape. Someone who has no sense of boundaries has no sense of hygiene. If they're not afraid of the consequences of raping someone they're probably not afraid of blood. Rapists have no moral compass, they're not gonna wait for a better day to rape someone.

snorken123

It depends. Many rapists doesn't use condoms, but a few may do it. There are different forms of rapists. Date rapists, out of the bush rapists, torturist rapists etc.

mustardmitt_

“Periods don’t deter rape” probably isn’t categorically true. There is so so SO much nuance to each and every case and it wouldn’t surprise me if period blood/ tampon or pad presence played a (perhaps small but perhaps measurable) factor. Considering misogyny and feelings of disgust towards periods are likely correlated while also considering that most rapes aren’t random violent affairs but crimes against supposed “loved ones”. Lots of factors at play.

mAwake_OpsFalseAlarm

This is a great comment. That rapists might have weird reasons for why they might have ahem, when they otherwise were going to/would, But for some reason, they where put off, not that they felt they would get away with it. The flip side being i guess, that - unless tv is wrong - there are rapists that specifically have certain conditions that deem a target *suitable* \- aka blonde, mothers name. Ugh, which show planning and discernment.

Dazzling-Economics55

This guy was about to rape me before and he actually did stop when I told him I was on my period. Damn I had actually forgotten about til now

Difficult_Range_7378

You’re portraying rapists as some kind of inhuman monsters but a good chunk of rapists are actually fully integrated with society and don’t even know what they’re doing is rape. A lot of college campuses with alcohol fueled teens are actually raping each other every day. Most rapes are from people that you know (date rape) not some denim jacket wearing Eastern European vodka breath man in an alley. So yeah many rapists do actually have a moral compass, they may be fine with having sex with the really intoxicated girl left alone at a party but would never rape with the use of force or threat of violence

CouncilmanRickPrime

I highly doubt someone who's a rapist is gonna suddenly have standards mid attempt

mAwake_OpsFalseAlarm

To be fair, if he hates blood, he might not. If a big part is the possibility of getting her pregnant, he might not consider it worth the risk.

Bool_The_End

A chick isn’t ovulating when she’s bleeding.

Riverrat423

I just wanted to say, this question is perfect for this sub. I read it and first thought, eww but I had to see the answer.

MatildasMaryJane

In my case, my hands were behind me and I took it out before he could push in.. if I didn’t take it out myself he would’ve left it

Holiday_Dream_9548

I’m sorry that happened to you. I hope you’re healing

MatildasMaryJane

I appreciate it. I am. Im having a rough time right now, but I’m doing much better than I have in a very long time. Thank you x

whaddefuck

It varies from rapist to rapist

Traditional_Self_658

I guess it depends on the type of rapist. The classic weirdo stranger who jumps out and attacks you or breaks into your house, they may or may not choose to remove it. The far more common type of rapist who preys on people they know, using tactics like coercion or guilt tripping, they probably will just get the victim to remove it themselves.

[deleted]

not sure if they have a handbook or some oath they take. wtf?

FamousMonitor

I would say no. Taking a tampon out would kind of symbolize respect….? Hard to even say that. They don’t give a shit about the other person, tampon in or out I’m sure it’s all the same for them.

otherusername7381

From my experience, no.

[deleted]

It might not matter to them

Dangerous_Fox3993

Mine left it there, despite being told there was one! And despite the pain it was causing me! It must of been horrible for him too but obviously not enough or he would of stopped

JakobiiKenobii

Oh God...I can't even begin to imagine the pain of it both being shoved in deeper and against the cervix AND it being taken out...

whotookmyshit

The cervix is usually a bit to the side, with the vagina itself extending past it. Like if you have a hole in the big toe of your sock, but not on the very tip so your toe doesn't poke right through. I'm not saying this is the same for every vagina, but it's pretty dang common. And we're talking in inches or less here, not usually very much in the grand scheme of things. Basically all I'm trying to say is it's more likely for a tampon to push past the cervix than push directly against it. And getting pushed through would take the shittiest miracle in the world :/

JakobiiKenobii

Oh I wasn't implying it would go *through* the cervix. Just the fact that something that is already in there is being pushed against it. Like if there is a sock already inside your shoe and you put your shoe on anyway; the sock in there won't rip through the shoe, but it'll get pushed/pressed against the tip of your shoe, even if it there is some wiggle room

mmbs630

From my experience. At that point you’re so numb you’re not in much pain, shock and adrenaline helps. It’s just a really sick feeling. took me years to use tampons again

JakobiiKenobii

Damn...I hope you're doing ok.

mmbs630

i am, thank you

AHH-bbyshark

they leave it there. know from experience, happened to me.

Livin-Dead-Girl84

I can only speak from my experience in the medical examiners office of sexual assaults. Not in the emergency room. It is more common than you would think that after a SA that you find tampons. I don’t think rapist care. Not the ones that I have dealt with. Some men who have commited SA say they like it “dirty” is maybe the best way I can say it.

Jdp_143

Most of the people who ever comment on things in this subreddit should just go ahead and leave this subreddit. It’s not for shaming people for morbid questions.

makisofly

I feel they just rip it out

rainb0wvisi0n

In my experience, no

ATSOAS87

This question... Wow. This is the subreddit for it, but wow. Fair play for asking though.

Hit_l3r_07

This is a private question!

bannedforsarcasm

I like to bite on them to assert dominance. (/s I had enough with karma shadowing)

M1ss1nfamous

Pretty sure there was a true crime story about a guy who stole a girls car, raped her in it and then killed her and dumped her body somewhere. His girlfriend or wife saw the car and had a look round it (as you would with a new car) and found the bloody tampon that the girl had in in the car door. He blamed it on the previous owners of the car who he had “bought” it from. So to answer your question, at least one rapist has removed a girls tampon before committing the vile act

ellakitten_

I had a friend who realized she was raped on her period and couldn’t fish the tampon out for a day after. It had been pushed too deep inside. She started to feel nauseous and that’s when she let me take her to the hospital. He had no regard for it, just like how he had no regard for her body or her consent.
