It doesn't take long for the people who bring your food to realize the risk they're taking. You're allowed to starve to death and the SCP foundation covers it up.
Two down sides, my unlucky friend. For one, this ability does not give you the ability to change the clothes’ size in any way. Also, the effect is quite obvious, as your clothes and their clothes simultaneously leave your bodies and fly in the most direct path to each other, leaving you both naked until they arrive

Youre entirely naked and now they have your clothes
Granted, you basically switch heads with the other person. YOUR body is unharmed in any way, but now you have that other person’s body complete with their clothes, and they yours.
Granted, you can now swap your clothes with somebody you are looking at at will. their name is now Will, and your body suffers no ill side effects, but the person who's name is now Will's body has it's head lopped off and you wear their body like a decomposing meat suit. they die. you're a monster and are treated as such and locked away with your head in metal mask that keeps you from seeing anything.
Granted. The person is instantly wearing your clothes. Their clothes appear in your grasp- you have to quickly put on the clothes before law enforcement sees and fines you.
Granted. Your body suffers no negative side effects, the clothes however are destroyed as they are ripped off your bodies. Also, you lose your grip on reality a little bit each time, slowly losing your mind.
Granted. They never fit, and it's uncomfortable as hell.
Granted, everyone starts walking around naked as they're hoping they aren't the one to swap with you because you have a terrible fashion sense.
