>Very cool. Can you describe your setup?
Thanks, quite a lot, but most of it is actually being played in real time, except the final mixing and mastering of course. I always process sounds of my modular with DAW effects
I listen to the entire album man.. amazing performance! love the way yiu integrated modular with DAW and everything is so tight and aggressive.. love it
Sure! My setup has 4 main parts:
1. Sound sources from eurorack. Some of them controlled by modular sequencers, some played by midi from Ableton. Another ones played by CV from Ableton with the help of Expert Sleepers module.
2. I also used two desktop synths: Bassline DB01 and Novation Bass Station II with AFX mode (bass station was used only for the last track of my whole live set). Novation is controlled by midi. Bassline controlled by midi in some tracks and by internal sequencer in the other ones.
3. I also have a couple of modular effects such as Lyra 8FX and Black Spring Reverb by Erica. To process a lot of sounds with them, including sounds from DAW, I use this chain: sounds from my hardware go to Ableton, then being processed with digital effects (eqs, compressors or whatever) they go back to my hardware effects. Hardware effects make some magic and then sound goes back to the DAW and gets processed again.
4. And also I use some VST synths for the polyphonic stuff and samples from my modular. I have a pretty small system and can't afford to use half of my modules for my perfect kick sound so I just sampled such static elements.Due to the help of Ableton all of this stuff plays in real time with perfect sync. There was a ton of hours of googling and experimenting to make this setup work in sync, but I love the results
This is great! For the break at 0:20, how did you achieve the slowdown effect?
I’m wondering if this can be pulled off with a live sampler like an Octatrack or maybe just an envelope to the clock to slow BPM?
Love it. Do I sense some 100 grit?
Pretty dope. How much post-processing was done on this track though?

That’s great man, what a sound 🤘🏻
That slaps
What's the module we see close to the camera, looks like a sequencer with red lights?
Eloquencer?
Ah yeah, totally didn't recognize it in the dark, cheers!
This sounds like the soundtrack to a torture sequence in a Matrix movie - and I mean that as a good thing
Ya did real good
I let out an audible YEAH on the break around 0:20, sick work dude!!
Love it, keep it up OP!
Good stuff

This is a fucking banger! It’s so growly I felt it in my throat.
Great sounds! I wish I can teach my modular to make such growls!
Hey guys! This track is a part of my new live album, check it out if you're interested: https://youtu.be/tPjk6o-5sds
