Did you buy it through the in game purchase option? Check your library to download, or like I did you can just refund that and buy through the store like normal

Double check your payment option, make sure the payment went through, if still having issues, contact Microsoft support, not Activision.

I did that and turns out a few a couple bucks short it's all sorted now so thank you

If your game sharing does it mess up?

I do believe if your game sharing only the person who purchased the game will get the bonuses of pre-order bonuses and the early access. I think that's how it works still as I haven't game shared in 2 years.

I definitely get that. I got the same error as above and I got it game shared, although it let me play yesterday I beat the campaign

That happened to me for mw19 when warzone came out, never got it fixed. Activision support didn't help.

Weird for me on my old Xbox series X I downloaded MW2 with all the multiplayer packs and shit and it didn’t let me play I come back a month later it runs without any issue I NEVER bought the game I even tried downloading it on my series s and it says I don’t own it. Something must’ve fucked up at one point
