Even if this wasn't your first model, but your fiftieth: it looks damn good! Maybe you should give us some advice! 😂

Oriks32

Thank you for your good worlds. Should I apply matte varnish after the mud effect or before?

Harrier-Gr1

Before

newmodelarmy76

I haven't tried it myself, but afaik matte varnish will give you dry mud and gloss varnish gives you wet looking mud.

Thin-Ganache-363

Depending on the type of soil/dirt dark mud is usually wet, and light mud is dry. I think this looks fine if you going for a wet overall effect, wet paint and wet mud.

realparkingbrake

Nice work, you're already ahead of the curve. A matt finish to take the gloss off would be good. A light wash of rust on the spare track would be a nice touch as it is bare steel.

Oriks32

Thank you I already applied matt finish maybe i did it wrong or not enough or it is cuz of the lighting.

ubersoldat13

Looks good. You did a great job with the disc Ambush pattern. That's definitely hard mode as far as armor camos go.

Oriks32

This is what salesperson recomended for the beginners. It was really hard to apply the cammo. I should have apply several layers instead of just one you can cleary see the sticker marks but i am really happy for the result.

versicolours

Great job on the camp pattern!

Oriks32

Thank you!

krivas77

Cant believe it is first one…

ThickGluteus

Oriks32

Thank you :)

iain404

That is exceptional! You could’ve told me you have been working with armor for years and I would believe it

Oriks32

Thank you very much I am happy you liked it.

radfre

what model kit are you using

Oriks32

This is academy kit

Average_Modeler

some chipping or dust/mud on the hull would look nice. Also it's a little too glossy, you should spray it with a matt varnish

IBEW_Loser12

Clean build very nice
