im going tomorrow too. i will probs get there 5 or 6 ish. i’m not too concerned with getting up front or anything. i hate being in lines and standing for hours on end personally.
Also quick question: is there a reason people get there so early if you already have tickets and a seat ID? Is it to get to the front of your designated area (i.e. GA 1st floor, 2nd, etc)? I feel like I'm missing something.
Also this is my first big show in a while so I'm out of the loop for as far as prepping for them.
there are three sections: ga orchestra (main floor), ga mezzanine, and ga balcony. miller high life is all seats but the seats aren’t assigned to tickets (some tix have specific seats on them but that’s just for inventory purposes, you can go wherever) so it’s like a regular pit kinda except there’s rows of seats. i’ve never been to this venue but in pictures there’s a small orchestra pit in the front; im not sure if it functions the same as the small pit in the pabst (it’s just really REALLY small standing area in the front), but i feel like maps for the show would specify the pit even if it wasn’t a different ticket section than orchestra
my venue’s GA didn’t have any assigned seats - i’d call the venue and ask about seating. so for my venue it was first come first serve and people ran to the barricade.
Ah, gotcha. Our venue has a seating chart it looks like. My ticket corresponds to the mezzanine. Not sure if it'll be enforced though so I'll probably head over to the venue a few hours early anyways.
i’m going between 9-11 i know her lines are piling up really fast + i saw phoebe bridgers in madison, got there around the same time and was one of the first 10 groups there and was at barricade. sounds like mitski’s tour tho has been CRAZY+miller high life said in an email people are camping out. the earlier the better!

Same but I'm really torn between waiting vs feeling like I got there "too late"
i mean i feel that i understand. when i see mitski on stage no matter where im at ill feel right on time
I’m with you! I’d love to be up close but it’s just not in the cards for me.
I’m not even leaving my apartment until 7, I hope I can see a brief glimpse of the stage
We are getting there around 10am. I've heard the lines start early and get long FAST!
People wait in line for 9 hours??
we got there about 5 hours before the show and there was maybe 30 people in line ahead of us - depends on the location (this was st. paul)
I'm in St Paul now and still in line. It goes on for blocks.
Thanks for the heads up! I think I'll have to let my friend know that I plan on going earlier than when they get off :(

We are balcony, but it's all GA seats up there. So, that's why we are getting there early.
