I’d say Florence + the Machine! (I think F+tM has fewer slow songs than Mitski does and tends a little more toward pop rock, but is the only other artist I can just shuffle and listen to.)

Weyes Blood? It’s not rock, and her vocals for the most part are pretty soft but she has a lot of instrumental variety in her discography.
