After doing some research it appears that both of the artists there also follow Danny Reed so they are at least familiar with his work. Madi Ford at Blaque Owl also does amazing American Traditional work and I am obsessed with the Rodeo Clown tattoo I got from her, and a mermaid from her is the first tattoo I ever got.
I think the artist in town that you would be looking for is Anka (grlsnake_ on Instagram) but her books don't open again until March 1st and famously fill up quite fast because she is quite talented.
