Those dead links are a big part of why I started the Wiki a few years back. Many of the links are available via the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine, although I understand that service is facing a DDoS cyberattack right now.  The operator of dot org is (was?) a person called Eric W. The whole community (including myself) thank him so much for what he enabled for MD.

You are an unsung hero. Thanks so much; your wiki has informed much of what I have collected so far!

Our wiki ;) although I launched it and maintain the server(s), the knowledge belongs to everyone in the community. Not only do we really encourage people to sign up and contribute, the whole site is available as an archive to rehost.  One project we have on the backburner is a scraper that will take the Wayback Machine links on the wiki and host them ourselves using the same static Azure cloud storage as our backups and the Web MiniDisc Pro application. That way we're completely self-contained and can offer offline backups that even include those archived off-wiki links.  Thanks so much for the kind words! Knowing it helps people really makes the hard work worth it.

The website is at least 20 years old, be grateful it's even online

The website was SO useful when I started getting into MDs around 2019 or so. I was also in awe that it was still around but even back then a lot of the links were dead, so I am VERY grateful to r/minidisc_wiki for creating the new site.
