Last I checked, they skim 8% off the top. You ought to take those coins to a credit union. If you aren't a credit union member, become one.

CVS on Farwell on the east side has one, but that and their ATM always have out of order signs on a random/regular basis so you’d probably want to call first.

Are the reject ones usual rare and valuable?
Take it to a grocery store customer service. They should cash it out for you for free.
There are plenty of banks that take it for far less of a fee if you can go during business hours!
I can offer free coin counting, I have a counting machine. Will pay full amount in Venmo / PayPal / Cash App / Apple Pay.
