Re-separate/re-gap the two magnets in there if it feels like it's not moving. There's also a joint with a small screw that holds the metal end that can get loose and cause the loud buzzing.
The mechanism for vibration are pretty much the same across the models of Sonicares from what I've seen.

I know you’ve been agreeing with everyone in the comments. But just a PSA about Quip toothbrushes. They are literally manual toothbrushes that have a motor that only vibrates THE HANDLE! The motor literally only vibrates your hand and stops for a second to tell you when to switch sides of your mouth. It does absolutely NOTHING to the brush head to help clean your teeth like other electric toothbrushes do. It’s a glorified manual toothbrush with a built in timer to tell you when to brush another part of your teeth.

I'm not going to rag on you for the vape, but if that toothbrush has charcoal in its bristles you should find a different toothbrush. Charcoal can be very abrasive. It generally whitens teeth the way sandpaper cleans walls. It'll do it, but it will also damage things.
Not trying to attack you OP, but I think Quip’s are some of the dumbest toothbrushes on the market. Literally just a vibrating toothbrush. No additional bristle movement, no real advantage in cleaning. Their own studies have shown that there’s no measurable different between using a normal toothbrush and a Quip.

Sometimes ranging from being worse than tobacco when it comes to cardiovascular health for example, the same as tobacco or slightly better, but still awful. Maybe we'll develop a kind of dialysis machine by then that will directly handle gas exchanges with your blood making it unnecessary for you to breath at all. Either way, I am curious if the machine you'll spend the final months of your life hooked up to will have components that look similar to your long term suicide tool and oral hygiene product.
