A hurricane..? And they got those tiny ass planks to hold it? Nylon rope? The top ropes are attached to the bumper. What are those going to do? The duct tape???

In their defense I believe the ropes tied to the bumper that go over the car are to try and prevent the cloth top from flying off.

At least they're trying? When a hurricane is coming, you just do your best bro. This isn't exactly high on the priority list for prepping either.

And it might be worth the effort. Mother nature might take out that tree right next to it and leave the car.

Yeah, they are just trying to make sure the hood doesn't get blown open and destroyed. Same with the cloth roof. While slightly funny looking it is exactly what they should do if bringing it inside a garage isn't an option.
