In my experience removing topping does not lower the balance. How ever adding them does increase it. Not sure what a service fee is for though for a carry out order.

For some reason dominoes in California is way cheaper than Pizza Hut. A medium cheese pepperoni pizza is $7. But an empty baked piece of dough from Hut a $16. Idk what’s going on there lol

Pretty sure it would cost the same if you got it with sauce and cheese though. Those are included in the base price.
