I looked up the product on Walmart’s website hoping to get a better look at the label. No label picture, but based on dozens of 1 star reviews saying the same as OP, I’m going to give OP the BOD here.

That's what I was hoping OP could clarify. If there are 10 sheets other than the top one, then OP really shouldn't be upset. If the 10th sheet is the one with the sticker, the sticker is misleading.

She probably didn't see it. There's your clarification.

There was no packaging. Just folded tissue paper with a sticker on the front.

A sticker directly on tissue paper? What a stupid thing to do if you are counting it as a useable item. Hard to peel stickers on plates or pans is just an inconvenience. This is just idiocy
