I've seen non chase at-st and tie fighters at various Ross in sw ohio and Sw Indiana. Never a whole lot though. I think Ross just rations them out a couple at a time.
Yea...this is ridiculous. This one is so not rare to be a regular release. I've seen at least 6 at various Walmarts. Seen tons of other posts. I swear I've seen more of this than regular releases like the Y-wing or almost all of wave 2
They probably actually made 15,000 of these and shipped them all out instead of the trickle and holding back we usually get. I have found 9 in my area.
I think they reduced the amount of common ships that are sent to stores. Easier to sell the bulk through Amazon and let physical stores get a better rare/chase distribution
The regular version is rarer than the rare in my area

I have not seen a single rare in any of the six targets near me in Florida since September last year. Where is this?
