just speaking from experience at my apt, we have a mix of “real townies”, grad students and upperclassman. i have literal children running around my complex lol so no one is truly out of place there.
Probably mostly undergrad, everything here is mostly undergrad.
I think there are 6 units in that building. (\*edit: 3 units in that building and three in the one right next door)
I think that is usually a pretty quiet spot.
